Printed Paxton cards / RECOMMENDED
I needed to get our Paxton cards quickly and ideally printed with all of our details etc like a normal card - ID Man (particularly Tracey) was able to give me the advice that i needed to make this all happen and I am very grateful for that as i thought i was starting to wonder into a minefield till it was all explained to me :)

Super service at Best Value!
Switched supplier to ID Management. Thanks goodness we did. As a large facilities management company, sustainable supply chain which is effective, communicative and value for money adds confidence to our processes. Great team at ID Management too; ordered initially through their website but after receiving all goods in a timely fashion and cheaper than our initial supplier I am now happy to call these our preferred supplier!

Customer service beyond excellent!
I had a requirement from one of my clients to print some ID Cards within 1 Business Working day; this request came through on a Saturday evening and the possibility of meeting this request looked bleak, until I heard back from ID Management Systems to my intitial request for a Printer Loan late no more than an hour after sending a request for information via their contact form. Not only did Karim advise me the costs of loaning a printer, but he also provided a much more cost effective quote for printing the individual cards and sending them to us by Special Delivery. Working with Karim I managed to get the designs over to him by Monday morning so they could get the cards printed first thing and sent out by close of business. The cards arrived on Tuesday by 9am and the quality of the final print was beyond impressive. Communication throughout the entire process was brilliant and I would recommend this company to anyone! I will also be using them again for any future requirements. Seriously - Karim, you and your team have been life savers helping my business to meet our customers deadline. Many Thanks!

My experience with ID Management was as follows:
- Mifer cards were late and design took a long time to agree
- during the purchase of Fargo 500 I was promised free training - this never happened
- the laminator does not work with the printer
I think that this company should look into its timings and customer care!
