Ordered for my 1st time from directvape.com and only received part of my order. Sent email since their contact # was 123456789. They responded with a phone call shortly afterwards and took my information. Said they would call back within 30 minutes. After 2 days of not hearing back from them I sent another email and now 2 more days later still nothing. Would not waste my money on this company for sure. I have never had an issue with my old vape company vapwholesaleusa.com

Not easy to navigate, said free signature but it charged me 5.99

I like their juice quility and other products. My problem is I'm a return customer several times with you, email on file, but with each order I am charged for proof of age verification. WHY? Please respond to this.Proof is already on your file.

The first time I ordered everything went great no problems! The second and third time never got my order! Both times were delivered to someone else! People I don’t even know. I lost almost 200.00! Might have good prices but need to do something about shipping and delivery!!
