good stuff - great model and good support if something goes wrong

I PAID for the plan, and as soon as I did, the images begun coming horribly bad. This is their scam. As soon as you pay, they make you waste all the credits on ugly horrible images. I did write negative prompt, explicitly asking for NO TEXT, and ALL images kept coming with text. This is a total waste of your money. I already stopped the subscription and will never use this platform again.

I had payment issues when upgrading to plus plan, as my card was issued in India, so auto debit was not allowed, I reached to Customer support via mail, and they were kind enough to help me out .

Not happy with the login/register limitations with having to use Google or Apple ?or Fakebook?.
Not loving pricing.
Had a crucial account/billing-related issue and their web site merely directs you to X, Discord, and some other. Tried sending direct DM on X and was ignored for over a week; never received reply. Went to Discord and got immediate reply and polite/professional help.

Had a small problem and after the team about it respons and action came quickly. Absolutely trustworthy.

Great tool and very responsive customer service. Once I no longer needed it for my work, it was very easy to shut off, and I didn't feel like I was trying to be kept paying for something I only need here and there.

Ideogram is a spectacular tool for creative image generation. Using highly detailed prompts, I was to generate incredibly well designed images. However, I needed the tool to create product images and that’s where the tool didn’t work for me. I watched countless hours of tutorials on how to place products on images and I could not make it work. Not a single time. So, we can chalk it up to user error or issues with the tool. Regardless, it just didnt work out. And that’s ok too.

I’ve been using Ideogram for a couple months now and love it. The settings are great to accomplish what you want. I’m using it for my characters and book covers. (No complaints from readers on my published works so that should tell you something.)

I’m surprised at the number of one-star reviews, but I also see they were mostly from last year. To address or counter-balance a couple I saw:

1. Customer service is quick to respond with a valid issue. I thought I had been billed twice when I switched from monthly to yearly. I sent an email, and they sent a detailed response of the breakdown of the charges. (They had not billed me twice, but prorated.)

2. All AI image generators will still give bad images on occasion. I get them from other companies too, but you get great ones also. As I said, I use them for covers so I have to be picky; no misplaced fingers and such. I generate 4 at a time and out of two runs, I almost always get what I need. If I don’t, my prompting gets adjusted.

Another thing to note is that yes, all AI companies charge more for improved models, but also there is a period of adjustment where models don’t work as well. Then suddenly they’re great. Expect this and you’ll see the pattern.

Used this tool for over 5 brands. Best image generator for text in the game but also a cut above for more general ai image generation which means it’s the only ai subscription for ai image generation that you’ll ever need. Definitely made a return on investment with this one.

I love ideograms and I wouldn't use another software. The text is 90 percent of the time very accurate. That might not sound much because it's not 100 but if you have used other platforms like chatgpt you would know that is a lot. Customer service is top notch.
