0 stars. Products quality sucks and differs from web. Company doesn't return items even though their policy states so. I would say its a fraud - don't go there! Company also called Ideticaly.com. Stay away

Waited over3 weeks for delivery. Asked several times for return information and refund but all I got was “sorry, have a wonderful day” !
Might try my credit card for refund.

P.S this company is also called IDENTICALY. Steer clear!

I ordered a halloween costume well before halloween. It took four weeks to arrive and arrived after halloween. I emailed to ask for a return address, but they refused to provide it. I literally sent 12 emails asking for the same thing, but they would say something else, completely ignoring my question.

The shipment came from the US but is obviously a cheap chinese company. The worst service I have received in my life

This company is a complete rip off dress came absolutely enormous and can't contact them to return or refund. waited 4 weeks for it to arrive and no return address. Have reported them to Facebook but nothing done . Please people don't be fooled like i was.

The quality is very poor, sizing enormous. Requested a return address on a number of emails, was told the order was correct & suggested I give it to someone else! No return no refund. I guess a charity shop will benefit “someone”

Do not order from this company! I ordered two dresses both size 10. The order said UK_10 grey dress. The dresses were sent from America. One dress fitted and the other one was absolutely enormous. It is 52 inches across the bust (their size chart states a size 10 is 37.5 inches across the bust). It is larger than their extra large size.
They do not have a return policy and when I contacted them they said that they sent me the size 10 and could it fit a friend. Unless I am friends with a baby elephant- no it couldn't! It is unbelievably large and there is no comparison in size between the two size 10 dresses.
The skirt of the blue dress I ordered is transparent. The material is far lighter than I expected.
Please remove this company from the Internet. Why are they allowed to sell products and not have a return policy and not sell products in the correct size.

Cannot contact them and have overcharged by £4.69 also sent a near duplicate (I told them not to send) have charged for it snd there is no paperwork or info as to how or to whom to return it get monies refunded.

Ordered from Facebook, never again, said it comes from USA, to return back to China offered me £3 as a
goodwill gesture? Can this company be taken off of Facebook, complete rip off merchants. There is an
distribution location in UK as they use EVRI postal service, also go under the name Landbase Trading Co Ltd.

Ordered before going onto trustpilot, stupid. Item took forever to arrive n by this time had read the reviews on here so wasn't expecting much. And was right not to expect much. Besides ordering black and receiving red very flimsy thin material n front of dress is shorter than the back. DON'T BUY, waste of money!!

I saw an ad for this company on Facebook and thought the dresses looked really nice.
I was going to order but having been caught out with Facebook sellers before I thought I would check them out here.

Please do NOT purchase anything from this company. The quality is shocking. The material is see through.
I purchased the same item in a different colour from Susan Julie and the material was heavy jersey. Identicalt will not accept return and they will not refund my money. This is a total scam. I repeat DO NOT USE this online company for any products. The sizing also is incorrect.

I returned products to this exact address and the Hong Kond post said address was incomplete and they were unable to deliver

I ordered a dress from here
I was charged £30.00 for this and when it arrived it was awful
Nothing like it was advertised as
No care labels in dress which is against the law
I have requested a refund and I would not recommend this Company

Ordered two dresses for my wife they cost £48, they were posted from the USA and took about three weeks to arrive. On opening the poorly posted bag they were a disgrace. Bad quality material, bad cut, the front was much lower than the back, they were a disgrace. Contacted the seller and they wanted pictures which I sent, they said there was nothing wrong with them. I told them that obviously they had not read why I wanted to return them. I applied for a returns address and they came back and said that if I agreed to a £4 refund we could keep the dresses. I refused and they came back and said that if I would agree to a £7 refund I could keep the dresses but if I wanted to send them back they would have to be posted to China at my cost which would be very expensive. I chose this option and they sent me a returns address which was in Hong Kong. I posted them back with tracking and had proof of postage. I tracked the parcel and it got to Hong Kong (not China) in about eight days, it cleared customs and went out for delivery. I tracked it a few days later as they said they would not refund until they got delivery and low and behold, the address was incorrect and they are now on their way back to me. Luckily I paid for these via Pay Pal, and after nearly a month they say they have reviewed the case and have refunded the money. I just hope Pay Pal stops their account, the business is a disgrace and the goods even worse. BEWARE. Oh the cost of returns cost me £18 and thats why they bank on you keeping them.
I have just received the package back, checked the address that the seller sent and it is marked as return to sender NO SUCH ADDRESS.
I gave the seller one star only because I could not put a minus to it.

Ordered from a Facebook page. Instantly suspect when they extracted a further £4.99 from my card. Promised to repay but still waiting. Three weeks later dress arrives from US! What? Very poor quality and definitely won't be buying clothing via these ads again,ever

DON’T GET CAUGHT OUT
I wish I had seen these reviews before I bought the 2 items Firstly I thought it was a UK address then at check out found out I had to pay tax on the items
I was kept updated firstly that it had left the warehouse in Canada then was in customs in the US
I was furious . I am totally against long distance purchases and blame Facebook for allowing this kind of advertising to take place
Companies must say where the product is being posted from
The items arrived a month later ( yesterday) and it definitely was not a standard size 14
I immediately sent and email to email given which promised a “within 24 hr response” asking for a “ return item address” which was not included in the delivery

I did get a response to say a technical difficulty in sending email
I just sent another one and will then report them to PayPal and hopefully get a refund
This is the last time I willorder online from Facebook

I recently purchased two dresses from this Company I received e mails saying they were in transit and to track them and that they were coming from Cincinnati in the USA when in fact they were coming from Hong Kong. I had to contact Pay pal as I had not received these dresses, and open a dispute but the same day these dresses arrived in a small bag, crumpled up and when I opened the bag straight away I could see they were of such poor quality I would not have even sent them to a charity shop just awful and creased I tried to find a Returns Label with no luck so then I e mailed them 6 e mails in total! no reply so I contacted Pay Pal again and they contacted them and then heard off the seller who asked me to return them I went to the post office and had to pay £15.90 to return these to Hong Kong and they were going under the name of Myende E-Commerce Co., Ltd.

Luckily I am able to claim the postage back from Pay Pal and so pleased I used them as it enabled me to get my money back but I first saw this advert for Identicalt on Facebook but will never do that again I just wanted to warn people steer clear of this so called Company Identicalt do not part with your money Pay Pal have also told me they are investigating this Company as well and monitoring them

Like all the other purchasers here, my dress was delivered with no delivery note and in a tiny package. It too has just one seam down the front bodice … when you try to zoom in on the advert photos, you actually can only see one! I thought I was ordering from a British site and was cross when I realised extra charges incurred due to tax.
The delivery info emailed to me was completely rubbish.. the day I received an email to say it was at customs in USA , it was actually delivered and just 8 hours later I had another email to tell me that!! The dress is flimsy and not worth the money it costs overall although not atrocious. I wish I had read the reviews before I placed my order. Lesson learned!

I ordered two dresses from this company and when they arrived they were extremely low quality material and very poorly made. They are basically rags. I have tried to return them, but they will not accept. They suggested I give them to a friend! I will try to recharge through my credit card since the item is not fit for purpose, but I do not hold out much hope.
