The home delivery service is perfect because I can decide when the product arrives. And by blindly buying perfumes, I've been satisfied every time.

I ordered three kits, one came inclomplete and with wrong perfumes, no email was sent to advise of any change or issue beforehand. I tried contacting them via email, whatsapp and facebook, but so far received no reply. Disappointing.

the best Arabic perfume shop, fast shipping. Despite some minor problems, and those were caused by the shipping company, they returned all the money, although the problem was not significant and the perfume can be used.

Usually, when ordering from EU countries, it takes one week, minimum to receive my orders. However, my last order only took 2 days to arrive, and I was wowed by packaging - even though it was just some samples, they were still packaged with care. Looking forward to buying a full bottle at some point.

The order came in time and they were packed with care.I ordered a small version of Dulce fundementum ( nice sweet scent) and got the discovery kit from Andrea Rada. The perfumes are beautiful. They also gave me a few free samples so i got to try out the whole line. Fell in love with Garnet power ❤ Great site!

Experience started on the low as the delivery service UPS delivered my package to a wrong address, but as soon I left the customer service know they immediately solved the problem and I received the perfume before my wife birthday which was few days away. I can't thank Roxana to whom I spoke on the phone, she was amazing, proactive and sorted the issue straight away. Just because of customer service like that I will keep ordering from them.
