Do not trust this company. I got a damaged pair of socks & the other 2 items did not arrive but I was only given a partial refund. They refused to give me the refund for shipping costs if £7.99. Bad service.

Awful. The item wasn’t finished and was faulty, details missing compared to what was advertised. When I heard back from customer service they told me to go get it fixed at a local shop! They wouldn’t refund me unless I returned it which I refused to pay for. They didn’t seem to care that I had been mis- sold a product. Just terrible. Avoid!!

If it wasn't so annoying this would actually be funny. I ordered a felted fox scarf for a gift and they have sent me a polyester thing with a print of the fox scarf on it! So bad it made me laugh out loud. Just don't waste you money you will not be getting what is in the photos. I can't see how to upload pix...

I saw on Idealwells site a very realistic-looking kitten scarf and ordered it as a Christmas present for my granddaughter on November 28th. It arrived today, January 5th, far too late. The scarf bears no resemblance whatsoever to the picture on the site. It is cheap, badly printed and certainly not worth what I paid. I certainly can't give it as a present. The site did not say it was made in China or that delivery would be from that country. I would give no stars at all but can't warn other shoppers by leaving a review if I do.

If I could give zero stars I would have! Horrible horrible cheap nasty items. I hate everything I ordered. Sizing chart doesn’t work, all materials are thin, flimsy polyester. Not at all how the pictures look. Please DO NOT BE FOOLED by this website. Avoid at all costs!!!!!!

Purchased three items on 19th November, as it stands the date is the 3rd January and I have still only received 1 of the 3 purchased items.

The other two have not been dispatched, I have appealed this with PayPal and they are disputing the claim stating “they have delivered all 3 items”.

They are submitting proof of Royal Mail delivery which was for x1 item and claiming they delivered all three, despite their own website stating the outstanding two items have still not been dispatched.

Terrible terrible Chinese company claiming to be from the UK.

I can’t suggest heavily enough.

I went and purchased two items on the 5th of December ,I kept checking to see if it had been done but it kept saying unfulfilled ,started to think it was a scam so i went into my PayPal to see if i could get a refund and I did get one, BUT and there is a BUT idealwells.com did not want to give me a full refund they wanted to keep 20% but i sad no i want a full refund. So if they try this just say NO i want a full refund and you should get it back

1 star as I have to put a star to review... put a order in of 5 items only received 2 items had an email to say a 2nd shipment on the way with only 2 items......3 shipments for 1 order ordered on the 7th in total so far 2 items received, an absolute joke will be demanding money back. AVIOD AVOID

Ordered 8th Dec and still nothing, no replies, company seems to be dead. £33 down and nothing to show for it apart from a tracking number that doesn't work. A joke of a company

1 star because I couldn’t put 0. Awful company. I ordered on the 4th December and no delivery of item. I contacted 2 days ago for a refund which they excepted but said it would take two weeks! Now have been told I can’t have one as my item has been conveniently shipped today (24th December). Too late for this Christmas! Awful service all round and would now use again. Oh and the tracking number given also doesn’t work (probably because it hasn’t been shipped yet).

Item delivery took weeks. Scarf bears no resemblance to the picture on the website, really low quality. I have been told I can return it to China at my own cost of delivery and taxes and when it has been received in China they will refund me! Wish I had read these reviews before going anywhere near this website.

so ordered two weeks before Xmas so plenty of time for delivery and the Facebook ad said delivery in time for Xmas...nothing!
so emailed to find out on the 22nd that they are still 'preparing' the order, 9 days and they hadn't even started with it!
when you email you get an auto generated response from a different person each time so no actual idea as to when it will arrive anyway.
stay well clear!!!!

Awful product.Long delay, only1 scarf delivered rest to follow.The style & fabric bear no relation to the photo.It looks like something out of a child’s toy box.Just Hope I get a Refund

A real let down when ordered In Time for Xmas and no delivery date was given then when asked for a refund they had miraculously sent out 2 of my items although 2 hrs before was told it would be another 5-8 working days before leaving their warehouse.
Just disgraceful!!!!

Products are ok but not great and don’t look exactly as they do on the site, posting takes a long time
