DO NOT USE! Products not as shown, refusing to refund, say they will send replacement. I don’t want replacement.

Avoid at all costs. Nothing delivered and no refunds. Have sent almost a dozen emails. Gave me tracking number of a wrong parcel and I kept tracking it to find that my lights didn’t get delivered in time for my garden party. Shocking

Beware of using this company.
In Jan 2021 I ordered and received clothing items.
Very shoddy low quality materials and workmanship,
I asked for a refund - they give no phone number only email address. I was told to return the clothing for a refund. It has to be sent to China and I had to pay the postage. I did that on 3rd February.
Now, today, 15th June, the parcel I sent has been returned to me unopened from them after taking months to get there and having been in and out of Chinese Customs Dept.
I have emailed them again but I don't hold out much hope of ever getting my money back.
Idealwells are to be avoided at all costs.
f I could only find out where (if) in the UK they are situated I would confront them in person.
If anyone knows the answer please put it on this Trust Pilot website.

Gave them my money never received the coat I bought, beware this company are scammers, I've reported them to Facebook as well as the police

Products purchased: Scarves/Shawl
Product received: Looked like they were made in a playgroup activity led by someone who was blindfolded.
Delivery time: Over 6 weeks probaby carried in an inflatable dinghy!
Cost of return: £16 which exceeded the cost of one garment.
Action: As a very stubborn person who is intolerant to fraud and despite the cost I still returned the items however, under the consumer rights laws (we are still protected as their marketing targets UK consumers) we are entitled to a full refund (the products are not as described) and the cots of postage and return. I did ACTUALLY get a refund but not for the postage which I am pursuing!
PLEASE contact the SAIC - China and CCA - China and report these theiving louse !

The clothing, is cheap, badly made, you have to return to China, then you don’t receive your refund

This site is a scam!! Didnt recieve my order and when requested a refund told no as it was sent it didnt matter that it wasnt recieved.They dont care about customers.

Absolute rubbish.. company is a big con.... not able yo return. Paid £55.72 fir 2 items... absolutely shocking quality. Sent several emails as unable to follow their simple links to return... no response from them... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY... RUBBISH ITEMS!!!!!

The quality is shocking ! The sizing is even worse ! I ordered a “S” cardigan and a scarf. when it arrived, you could fit 2 of me in the cardigan, just awful. I emailed to complain and ask for a refund and got a reply, but they said goods shipped from China and I would incur shipping charges etc, so offered 10% off next purchase. I would never buy anything again. To sum up in one word “ RUBBISH”

Oh dear. Having now read all the other 1* reviews- there is nothing more I can add but echo everything. I should have known not to buy anything that pops up on Facebook. The clothes looked so awful that I didn’t even take them out of the wrapping. It sounds as though trying to return the tat to China is a complete waste of energy- and I am sure a refund is just a pipe dream. Furious.
Does anybody have a legal contact to help us to stop this scam and take the company to the cleaners?

All I can say is that people are being robbed and scammed into buying poorly made garments , which you can’t return . It’s a pity that I did not read the reviews before buying . Shame on you but remember what goes around comes around.

Very cheap quality from China. It takes for forever to arrive. The pictures on the website are nothing like what you get at all, including material descriptions. For example, bought a knitted jumper and it came a polyester jumper with printed knitted pattern on it. You won't be able to return it either. There will be an error page when you try to return.
Save your money!! Keep away!

Ordered quite a few items only a couple arrived and were nothing like the pictures they used to advertise. Fabric was cheap tat and the design was not even the same. Wish I had looked at comments before ordering. This site is a total scam and are totally misleading as to the items you actually do receive. They need to be shut down before they scam anyone else

I wish I had seen these reviews before falling for this scam. The photos look really nice. What you get is cheap tat.

I have just received an outstanding item after 6 weeks of waiting. I ordered a winter scarf and the one that came is the material of a handcerchief and not worth the £10.50 plus postage that I paid for it. I am so disappointed and feel ripped off as there is no full refund policy, you have to pay the postage back to chin or they offer you 15% refund as an alternative which is £1,57 back! Do not shop with them please.

Shame I couldn’t give it Zero stars. Absolute rubbish clothing. Bore no resemblance to the pictures. Poor quality fabric. Unwearable tat. Can’t even send it back as email address not working! Complete waste of money.

Really sorry that i spent money on products. Out off 3 things i ordered i got just 1 . No another 2 and no money back.

Clothing delivered bore no relation to the advertising photo. I will never buy from here again and will be doing all I can to deter others. Outrageous.

Absolutely appalling, the quality is utterly awful, does not resemble anything like the picture, appears impossible to return, no return link available, and then I read the reviews, OMG, I cannot believe people are getting away with this, they need to be shut down, I have been totally conned, their stuff on the website looks gorgeous, trust me, its absolute rubbish, do not buy anything from them, they must be coining it in
