fast delivery, great service

Ideal Uniform made it simple and easy to purchase needed items during the school year via the computer and with shipping. The items came within 3 days! No contact shopping at its best!

I have not yet received my order, so I can’t rate the quality of the merchandise. However, I can rate the level of communication and shipping time. I paid extra for expedited shipping (1-3 business days). After a few weeks, I emailed to check on the status of the order. I was told that the items would be shipped, no offer to reimburse the $8 I paid extra for expedited shipping. The money is a negligible expense, yet it would be a customary gesture to compensate for the poor service. Moreover, my order was “shipped” this past Monday, it is Saturday and I don’t have it. Again, I ask why did I pay extra for a 1-3 day shipping time? Next school year I will not be purchasing from ideal uniforms.

Item was advertised as being in stock and then they contact me to tell me they dont have it.

Truly the cheapest uniforms. Delays in common items - like boys ties. Things shrink, sizes are not at all in line (shorts go from above knee to mid calf in one size jump)ends come loose, zippers break and school has only been in session for 2 months. You get what you pay for

I have never been happy with the in store service at Ideal Uniform in Valley Stream and I always anticipate a negative experience when planning a visit to the store. This year I did everything on-line and was very happy with the service. The website was very easy to navigate, the size charts were accurate and I received my Son’s uniform very quickly. A much better experience.

Everything is great and there was extremely fast delivery!

It Was very simple and easy to place my order online and when there was confusion regarding the size of my product. I was able to go into the actual store and exchange my product. I think that is great customer service.
