Placed an order online for my son's uniform .. it took over 3 weeks to process then another 2 weeks to receive after being shipped .. when I called to inquire about my order - customer service representative was rude and unaccommodating .. horrible disposition ..

I want to the store far b4 school resumed so as to have the uniform early. Rubbish, the person who took my order did everything wrong, gave me wrong sizes and returned the order immediately since June. Until now September, I have not received my son's uniform. I called for a refund a day b4 this review. The idiot that picked up my call was telling me I have waste my time and drive again all the way to their store b4 I can get my refund. My son is having troubles in school for not wearing his uniform. This is an old business and has lost every sense of managing what they do. They need to close up and give room to new people who have fresh memory of handling businesses well.

I never received my order. It’s been almost a month. My son now has no uniforms and is getting in trouble at school.

Waited over 2 months for uniforms. Was called and told they were ready to only spend an hour being told at the store I was wrong, my uniforms were not ready. Over all a horrible experience and customer service on the phone was bad as well. Showing up at the store is not much better.

Somehow my old address that isn’t even saved in my account is the one my order was going to be shipped to. So I had to cancel the order. I called several times over 24 hours to cancel it because “the order takes time to get to them after being placed”. Now supposedly it’s been cancelled but it’s been a week and I still haven’t received my refund, so I sent an email asking to verify it has in fact been cancelled and still no response several days later. And the lady on the phone was always rude.

I’ve been waiting several weeks for my uniforms. I still haven’t received a tracking number either.

I have not received an order that was placed on Feb. 23.

I received exactly what I ordered, in the time frame estimated. Better service than my orders prior. I do see the upgrade in the customer experience.

Fun pens! I ordered 3 and they arrived in perfect condition.

I loved the quick shipping and the jumper is beautiful - except for a ton of straggling threads all over the front v. I am going to need to carefully trim them and hope nothing unravels. The rest of it is very well constructed.

I placed an order in December and have yet to receive any update regarding shipping my order. I called the store to inquire and was placed on hold for 15 mins before I hung up because no one picked up to ask what I needed help with.

Ordering online was easy , plus the items were delivered on time!
