Worst company ever

Worst company ever! OMG why do school uses this company is beyond me. Incompetent and lacking in everything. They charged my credit card on 8/5 and still waiting! This company should just go out of business. Today is 9/13 … come on people, stop buying from them. Worst ever! Why can’t we just not give it any stars? I was forced to give it a star but it should get NONE!!!

Terrible….want my money back!!!

Terrible ordered my son’s uniform August 24th it’s now September 13th and still haven’t even received a shipping confirmation. I emailed the company to see what’s going on September 9th and still no response. At this point I want my money back.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. Ordered shorts, nothing special, no logos or embroidering, pay for shipping and get no confirmation or update. 10 days after I placed my order I call only to be told online orders can take 3-4 weeks. Don't you think you should disclose this? Even better communicate this. Or how about an apology - something. It was like pulling teeth to find out why the delay. Communication, please. Customer service, please.

Update: 9/2 Still no communication and no shorts. The order was placed and my card was charged 8/10.

Response to reply: Less than satisfactory experience - your customer service has mastered the perfect condescending tone. We are all fully aware of the pandemic and the challenges in which it has posed to the supply chain, but lack of communication, actually, no communication for paid in full merchandise with plus shipping, there is no excuse. I have already called and left messages, yet I have not received a reply except to this review. I’m happy to leave this review on other channels. You have my name my number as well as my order number.

I have no choice but to order from them…

I have no choice but to order from them if I could I would go to a competitor. I can't stand ordering online it's a 50% chance I get the correct item each year at the very minimum they screw up something in the order and I have to go to the store to fix it.

The point of ordering online is not to go to the store.

If my kids school had another place to order the uniforms I would leave in a new york second.

I always Tripple check the orders its almost always wrong and they rarely deliver as fast as they say. Pandemic or not it's been like this for years. It's like the people they hire are either really incompetent or just don't care.

I found that people that work at the pop-up store to be way better than the actual stores, plus the customer service is just ok sometimes really rude sometimes sound monotone or bored.

I don't know what these one-liner reviews are saying with 5 stars but this company at best is a 3-star company.

Two weeks and ordered hasn’t shipped out

I placed an order on Saturday, July 24, 2021 for five pairs of kick shorts to go under my daughter’s uniform. I paid for standard shipping which said it would take 5-7 business days. I received a confirmation right away indicating that I would be notified once the order shipped.

It’s now Saturday, August 7 (two weeks since my ordered was placed), and I have not received any additional information about my order. I have not received a shipping confirmation. I have not received my order. And, I have not received a response to an e-mail I sent to customer service a few days ago asking when I might expect to receive my order.

The website did not indicate that the item I ordered was out of stock. So, I cannot imagine what is causing the delay. I have never ordered from this website before. I will now have to try to contact customer service by phone to see what is going on. Very disappointing.

Not what description on site

well nothing wrong with the product itself not damaged or anything and is nice but i was however mislead on details of contents before i even placed order made me thing wrong order/item. it did not include a portflolio folder,scissors, a twisty pencil(what ever that means) i got a regular wood case pencil the pen is right but also there was no pencil case as said or pencil sharpener. reading the contents of package i did get was indeed 10 pieces and the contents are right for it but not what i had anticpated ordering like i said was in the description in about product before i placed my order. Maybe some things need changing like what is written on site should be what is delivered unless it was a typo which if were it's should be corrected asap. it's really frustrating all items i had also ordered from other 3rd party sellers one got cancelled by them due to stock issue but they had problem on their end. very dissapointed and stressful i have talked to walmart customer servce in less than a month than talk to my own father which has at least been just about a month ago(his choice,not mine long story) i also saw that most sellers i ordered for had high seller ratings.

About your service...

Your company took very long in delivering my order, it was ordered as a rush delivery, to add insult to injury you also did not give me all of my order instead you split it into two because you didn’t have the pants at your location. Horrible service.
