Great product when it finally arrived
Great product when it finally arrived, but my orders got mixed up. I couldn’t track my first order. I ordered two different items 3 days apart and every time I tried to trace the Expected arrival of order No.1 Order No.2 came up. Both orders eventually arrived. I would order from Ideal again and just hope it was a glitch.

That is very dissapointing after I have waited for 15 days even though your website say That you deliver in 2-4 days!!!!

Really great products
Really great products, they are quality. Very satisfied with everything I have ordered from Ideal. Wallet, clutches and mobile plastic cases.
They ship right away, so I ordered on a Friday and received it on Tuesday, right in my mailbox, perfect and hasselfree! SAme as last time.
Their products are of good quality. Love their designs.

Haven’t received my order.
Placed my order april 14th and now, april 29th, it still haven’t arrived. I have been in contact with Helt hjem, but they never received it. I got the e-mail saying they shipped it April 20th. Even that was late after placing an order. It’s payed and everything! I have contacted customer service at ideal of Sweden, but no reply. Very unprofessional!

I don't give you even one star actually. I placed my order on April 4th (its 21st today) and I still have not received it. Every day I call the shipping company Helthjem and they dot seem to know what is going on. Not impressed, I won't order from Ideal of Sweden again. Since ordering the cost of item has gone down by 100 Kr.
