Car Vent Mount - ill fitting and ruins car vents

I have the car vent mount and it has ruined my vents in my car!
The rubber surrounding the metal inside must not cover it all as the metal has grated on the vents leaving soooo many scratches!
I’ve tried to use the looser side so it doesn’t scratch as badly but with this side once my phone is connected to the magnet the entire thing will fall off of the vent whilst I’m usually driving and I’m scared this will ultimately end up with a smashed screen. In my opinion it’s unusable and I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
I’m looking to get a new one by a completely different brand. It’s a shame as I usually like ideal of Sweden things.

Missing items and a lack of customer service

I have shopped with ideal of Sweden previously and was pleased with my purchase. When it came time to buy a new case, I thought I would use them again. I order on 1st Feb. Estimated delivery between 3-6th Feb. The automated online chat wouldn’t do anything before 14 days late. So I waited until it had been two weeks. The man on the chat was very pleasant and apologetic and said he would investigate and send me an email. I waited another 3 business days and heard nothing. I had to contact the online chat again to chase. I then received it the next day. I don’t feel the burden should be on the customer to find out where their order is. The online tracker still said it was being processed so is clearly of no use. In total the product took just over 3 weeks to arrive.

Functionality is dissapointing

The case didn't work well together with the magnetic ring -even though the website claims it should. The case was a faux leather one with seam across the middle of the case -right there where you put the ring. It takes away the strength of the magnet and the ring didn't stick when using it.

The wireless charging pad doesn't work with ANY of their cases -even though they claim it should work with the thinner ones.

Colours of the "marble" cases and rings are quiet different on their web page than in reality. I felt dissapointed.

I have to conclude that they have some nice designs but the functionality of their products together is a mismatch.

Lovely cases

I have ordered 2 phone cases from here now and they have both been delivered the next day, the cases are very beautiful too and they have so many lovely designs, I will continue to buy from here as I like to change my cases often, thanks

Wrong item received

Wrong cover was sent out (the first one never arrived, so a second was sent out, and then the first order arrived 2 months later!) While it is beautiful & well crafted, I now have 2 cases and no use for them and out of pocket! Buyer beware!!!

Do not order here!
If you do not receive your parcel like me, and after several emails decide it‘s not worth it discussing with the horrible customer service anymore, they will in the end charge you a “handling fee” of 10€ which they will take of your refund. So status now: I have never received my parcel, discussed with the customer service several times, then lose 10€ over this. When I will receive my refund of now 50€, not 60€ anymore, I do not know.

SCAM‼️BAD SUPPORT

Guys I warn you‼️.

It’s a scam. I’m so glad that I didn’t send the money. I canceled my order after 29 minutes - I also didn’t pay that. - Because I read the reviews on this firm.

After that they told me that there’s no way to cancel it (29 minutes later guys😂 - but delivery time was about 10-16 days. So ironically they can’t cancel the shipment because they have sooo fast system but 90 % of people there are complaining about late arrives and bad service = total amateurish proceeding. They don’t care about their customers at all.)
And if I really don’t want it. Then I have right to refund it and pay all the costs!
I know I’ve a full right to not accept the shipment. So I wrote that to a “service” which is a joke where they’re just trying to scare you.
So after all they threatened me that if I won’t accept the order I pay 10 € for all the costs… I won’t give them anything and due this behavior I’m writing this review.

It’s a scam and you better won’t do the same mistake as me. Never ever buy anything from this company.

We will sadly not cover the return costs for this errand as there is nothing wrong with the shipment, along with us not being able to make any adjustments to your currently placed order.
We are a company located in EU, and that's sadly not how it works with "cancelling" an order, once you place an order a bill is sent to you, and your payment is a reservation within our system and that cannot be removed once the order has been processed, which it usually is within 5 minutes of ordering your items.

I have received a faulty case I said I…

I have received a faulty case I said I want a refund, but was forced sent another replacement, which I simply do not want! Then turns out you can return it within 14 days but you need to pay postage!!!!! That is not mentioned on their website that you need to pick up the postage costs. When an item is faulty then do not force people to have a replacement that they will sent back anyway and robbing them of their money for your own forceful actions. will never shop with them again.

Terrible customer service

I was on vacation in Norway. Ordered 9 days before my departure to the hotel. I am leaving today and it still says that estimated departure of my covers is 4(!!) days ago. So it’s still not send. I want to cancel but not possible. When the items arrives after I leave Norway the hotel has to send it in return and the Ideal of Sweden then charges me 10 € for their mistake! Unheard and terrible customer service. They said the delivery is 3-5 days. And no help to get.

I am shocked over how poor quality…

I am shocked over how poor quality their Necklace Case product is. I've never experience that a cover could break within a day of use!
Even the cord is extremely poor quality, because it already started to pill off. I only had it for a day! Before I had a cheep necklace case for many months and it's still in good condition but your product which is very expensive, literally broke in my hands the first day I got it. It's unacceptable!
I did send a complain to them, so let's see what they will do about it.

Horrible customer service! NEVER deal with this company!

So a friend of mine asked me to order an iPhone 12 case for her which I did. I received the order confirmation and tracking number within a few hours. After 2 days of me constantly checking that tracking link which keeps saying it does not exist. I did not feel good about this company so I went up to their website to read their FAQ about returns which state oh, you cannot cancel an order because the moment one places an order, they get so excited and ship it instantly. I then contact them, and they only reply after 5 days telling me the same thing that they cannot cancel an order since orders ship immediately! I then tell them well if it ships immediately why does the tracking link show it doesn't exist? Still no reply after 1 week! Horrible company and appalling customer service.

missing item,no customer service

Delivery was quick for UK but there was a missing item in the box. I received a wireless charger packaging without the charger inside. I’ve been trying to contact them and their chat is not working. The phone case is fine but I wouldn’t purchase the ring if I knew it comes of so easily

Careless Company!

I ordered 31 May a phone case to deliver to Saudi Arabia within 14 days MAX! till now I didn't receive it and there customer service says it has to be 25 days before we consider it lost! They don't reply to me they don't care about the customer they are unprofessional at all!

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever! They lack communication with the customer and their live chat is never available. They shipped my order to the wrong address and when I saw that they did, I did everything in my end to get in contact with them but all you could do is sent an email which they won't respond to until 1-2 business days by then the order was delivered to the wrong address. I finally got an email back in which they responded that it was my fault that it went to the wrong address and I told them that I never put that address and I have no clue why it shipped days later after placing the order and with the wrong address. You can't create an account on a site; therefore, you will never see your previous orders or check the status of your order. They refused to give me back my money or send the order to the right address. They also told me to look for it by going to the address where it was delivered, which is crazy! If they would have responded to me faster we wouldn't be here. Why does their live chat say they are available 24/7 when it's not true at all!

10 days delivery, unacceptable return policy, freaking joke

10 days delivery, 4 days waiting for dispatch, then 'item on the way' information. Case not matching my phone. Return policy is a bullcrap, unless you want to pay shipping to Sweden and fill some Swedish form and then they'll let you know if they APROVE the return. Not recommending, will never buy anything from them again.
