Shocker of a company. Their system had a issue that reverted to an incorrect address and yet no support from them to change address - they try and say they process items quick which is rubbish as it wasn't sent until a week later. 3 weeks after ordering and still even waiting for it to enter Australia

Really disappointed to have to be writing this having attempted to disclose my dissatisfaction with the company but received pointless excuses rather than a feasible explanation and apology. I purchased a phone case from PS of Sweden on the 02/05, paying a premium price of £35.99 plus delivery expenses if have expected the item to arrive in the following days after the initial purchase. It’s not the 13/05 and the item only arrived today. The company contacted me with a 30% off code to apologise for the wait, although having read through some reviews it appears to be a common issue which the company is avoiding resolving. I didn’t have notification of the item being dispatched until approximately 3 days later. Quite poor for such a large company.
I was happy to ‘suck it up’ once I saw that the item was being delivered today, however on arrival the item is not even similar to what I believed to have purchased on the website. A completely different colour, and cheap flimsy material. I think I could have paid £2.50 and got the same case from china! Probably would have arrived quicker too! I made the customer service team aware that not only have a I waited a significant time for my order to arrive but I’m deeply disappointed that the item doesn’t resemble the image online. Apparently their excuse is the website is just an illusion of the product, so I questioned why it is that other brands in the market are able to quite easily match the image on the website to the product received. Surely this would be a major issue that a company would address first else there will be a constant repeat of annoyed customers. I’ll let the reviews on here answer that for you. Clearly not a priority! After expressing this to ‘Oliver’ on the online portal I was once again offered to return the item, which I am happy to do so but that doesn’t compensate for the time I’ve waited and the falsely advertised product I’ve received! Or the same 30% off discount which means nothing since I’ve already been sent that via email as a recognition of the prolonged wait period. Overall not a great experience. I certainly won’t be ordering from the again and I’d strongly advise you to save your money and spend it elsewhere. The reviews on here are a clear reflection of the company and what I find so hard to believe is they don’t seem to be acting to improve the repeated complaints.
Order not delivered, no update on progress via tracking parcel- should have read reviews first
Ordered a phone case on the 2nd May and the estimated arrival was 6-7 may (today is the 7th May) and the progress bar where you track your order has not moves.
After reading the reviews I am not very hope-full that i’m going to receive my order. I wish I had read the reviews before buying. I have contacted customer service who said they will reply within 1-2 days. Hopefully they are quick with their response and help with this issue. I will update when I hear from them.

Bought a phone case from them and it did not get delivered to me, did not even get to my city. I contacted them and they said they can refund but will charge me $15 "handling". How they can charge customers for something that never even got to the customer in the first place. Such a scam. I am guessing they dont even send the items, or send them incorrectly, just to profit off from unsuspecting customers. Really poor customer service. Will not be buying from them again.

Bought a phone case by IDEAL OF SWEDEN broke after 3 months and cost me 60AUD. The company would not get me a replacement or refund because I did not purchase the case directly from them. I bought the case during a trip in Europe at an airport.

I had to check online, and return label need to be downloaded and printed by myself. and a charge of 59 kr will be deducted. And shipping charges will not be refunded. The cases are typically quite ok quality, bit pricey, but i recently bought one that broke in 2 weeks, I sent a picture to support, and they kindly sent a new one, I didnt get a message that it had arrived for pick up, and it got sent back, but the resent it again, and now I got it. So good customer service.
Defective software
The company knows its software is defective, but they still take orders and rely on customers who don’t get their deliveries to either not pursue a refund (company wins) or if they do get a refund the company charges a processing fee (company wins). Some customers do get their product but not all.

Quality below average
I was disappointed to find that, unlike cases from brands like Burga, these come with no bottom side. This design flaw makes it impossible to attach any lanyards. Additionally, I ordered a mirrored case and was shocked by the poor quality of the mirror effect. The reflection was incredibly distorted, a massive contrast to the 10-12 different mirror cases I've tried from AliExpress and eBay, which had far superior mirror quality. Overall, I am quite dissatisfied with my purchase.
Ordered iPhone cases, the design seems nice however unlike burger or other brands, the case comes with ascent side (from the bottom), making it impossible to use any lanyards. Ordered a mirrored case, was astonished by the terrible quality of the mirror image! it was so distorted! I tried about 10-12 different mirror cases from aliexpress and ebay, and the mirror there was a much superior quality! Very disappointed.

was a little worried from other reviews! however it was spot on. a little late on delivery but not ideal or swedens fault. they sent it out the same day i ordered. took less than a week to ship to UK. phone case came earlier than i got told from royal mail :) phone case feels great on, fits perfect, was a little skeptical about paying nearly 40 quid but it was reduced to 20 for black friday and it's worth the 20 :)
I ordered the wrong product company did not accept to return it
I ordered the wrong product, on 7th, November and on 10th November, I spoke with customer service to cancel my order while it was at their company based on their information, it was just prepared by them, and they did not accept cancel the order and I have to wait to get the product then pay 19£ for a 60£ product to send it back!!!.

Was slightly concerned after reading reviews, but the case is lovely and I've had no issues.
Only thing that could be improved is providing a delivery estimate, as I expected this to arrive in less time than over a week!
