Beautiful Products- better than advertised
I have bought matching wallet, phone case, QI charger and phone magnet. They are all very good quality and perfectly as advertised. I did have a little trouble getting the QI charger to work while the phone is in the matching cover- but the company was prompt to answer my emails and sort the problem out.

I changed the settings specifically to…Misleading online site
I changed the settings specifically to purchase a cover for iPhone 12 and ended up with a galaxy! That being bad enough, I’ve been told I need to return it to Sweden at my own expense and the offered 24 hour ‘chat’ line is never attended. Customer service is null and void so extremely disappointing. I would have agreed for an exchange but there is no one to talk to about this.
NOT ideal in my world.

I ordered a crossbody bag which was…
I ordered a crossbody bag which was smaller than I expected. The quality of the bag itself was great but just too small for me. Also I was disappointed to see the bag itself was packaged within a mesh bag then for shipping it was packaged in a plastic bag and then into a box. I'd love to see less packaging in the future, the plastic bag wasn't necessary and we should be doing everything we can to minimise packaging and waste.
