THEY KEEP SENDING ME WHAT THEY WANT, AND NEVER WHAT I WANT, AND THEIR FILTER DOES NOT WORK AT ALL, I HAD TO DELETE THEM AS THEY NEVER FIXED THE PROBLEM AT ALL . . .

DO NOT RENT A ROOM IN PASAJE DE AMORES…
DO NOT RENT A ROOM IN PASAJE DE AMORES 4 IN FERIA SEVILLA!!!
The guy who is renting out the rooms is called Amine Zakhir and he is a full-on scammer. DO NOT TRUST HIM. I stayed in Seville at the address Pasaje de Amores 4 for a month and paid worth one month's rent as a deposit. At the end of my stay Amine wouldn't give me back my deposit, although absolutely nothing was broken. His reason was that his "bank account is blocked and he can't access his money". Bunch of lies of course. He did the same thing with my flatmate who had moved out two weeks before me. He would continuously give us other dates when he was going to pay us back but when those dates came, he still didn't have the money. I also talked to the girls that had stayed there before I had moved in, and, surprise, he pulled the same thing with them!!!
Apart from that, the flat was extremely dirty, although Amine "cleans" it every day, as there are booking.com guests staying in three out of the five rooms. He stays in the house too, although he said he doesn't before I moved in, and sleeps in the uncleaned beds after the guests leave. He has loud sex with his girlfriend and due to the architecture of the house you can hear absolutely EVERYTHING.
DO NOT TRUST AMINE ZAKHIR!
Forced to unsubscribe Idealista Spain.
Have emailed them and got zero response. My inbox gets repeats of 4x to 24x for one listing. If I had an email for them, I would return each one to them. Forced to unsubsidized them and focus on Kyero listings.

At least in Italy is a total JOKE this site.
80%of what the site shows isn’t available or you NEVER receive any information back. It’s so frustrating finding a reliable agency in Italy through this site. A total waste of time
Is too much one star is a scam
How to remove all their emails
I was cleaning up the yahoo-inbox of a friend, there were hundreds of emails from idealista in it. As a trail, so all were represented in the inbox as one line in Yahoo webmail inbox. Deleting this email just deleted the first item of the trail, so refreshing the inbox display showed the next email of the trail in the inbox overview. VERY ANNOYING to have to delete hundreds of emails like this. I tried to mark idealista as spam, hoping this would eliminate all idealista emails to spam in one go, but alas, no luck.
I found an option in yahoo email (in the view of one email, below the content of the email) to mark the email als spam, report sender and eliminate all emails. THIS WORKED!!
This was a time consuming, annoying, frustrating action. I warn everybody to never, ever use this email service.
Anyway: we are very dissatisfied with the 'service' that costs us several hours to end and delete.
Since they are now marked as spam, we are sure not to get any emails from them again.
I informed the Spanish helpdesk. They did not respond to my story. I offered to upload a video (too large for email) but did not reply to that either. As if they were (or at least this service desk operator was) not interested in the problem they create.
I did not hear from them anymore after they had the info.
We got scamed on this website by a girl…
We got scamed on this website by a girl named Sara. My daughter was looking to find accomodation for a full semester in Madrid and unfortunately she was convinced to sign a contract from September 22 to December 22 , paid the deposit and the one month rent. Exchanged many messages on Whatsup , had a video call with this girl named Sara when she showed the appartment and made arrangements for the contract. Only when we went in Spain to the address where my daughter was supposed to stay Sara never showed up and we were basically homeless in Spain. Reported the incident to the local police but I believe we will never get the money back. Please be aware of Scams , they look very genuine and convincing
50% chance to get scams on idealista
Scammers everywhere, Idealista doesn't do anything about them.
Completely unusable
Completely unusable. Always in maintenace mode when you want to place a listing. Don't send emails for verification. Codes sent to phone don't work. If you do manage to create an account when you try to login it says your account doesn't exist, try to recreate it and account is already in use. Don't repsond to support mails. List is endless
Jorge Palacios Iglesias- landlord in Madrid, Spain
Jorge Palacios Iglesias, landlord of the previous apartment that I rented. His apartment is on Calle de Julio Palacios 4, flat number 3, floor 9, Madrid, Spain. The apartment at first was really nice and comfy, even though it was expensive. After I finished the lease contract, Jorge kept the deposit in order to take the bills for following month. As I kept asking him to return my money, he made me to pay for bills much more than I had to. The bills that he received was for 3 months where I only lived for first two months; last month was already occupied by new people. Therefore, Jorge did not want to to explain to 4 new tenants and wanted to improve his relationship with them. He made me to pay more and pay for new tenants even though last month I was living alone and I spent only 20 days in apartment so obviously I consumed less energy. Anyway, after a numerous messages and calls, I had no response from him.
The amount was not much, however, it was still fraudulent activity.
Finally, I got much less from my deposit. The initial agreement between us two was that Jorge would keep my deposit by cash in order to pay the bills. It was his inquiry to pay him with cash, and he took responsibility that after he received the bills he would transfer money and pay the transfer fees. After all, he did not pay the fees and took the rest of my money without my consent.
Do not rent apartment with Jorge Palacios Iglesias. this apartment is on idealista.com.
Idealista "buyers" are time wasters
Idealista is a free service, therefore this review is not about Idealista Customer Service, but about the kind of people it attracts and it attracts the following types of people: Scammers, spammers, phishers, fraudsters, scammers, free ride advertisers, estate agents, time wasters and unprofessional people. Scammers, spammers can be blocked, deleted or ignored. Estate agents can also be dealt with in normal terms by either signing up a deal with them, or sending them to a hot and dark place if they seem to not behave professionally enough. The problem is the time wasters and jokers, who appear to want to kind of buy the property, but do not have the respect for the property owner's time, nor respect for themselves, neither they know how to handle themselves in such situations and thus end up playing silly mind games instead of doing business. Time wasters, phone phishers, scammers and free ride advertisers among them are by far the biggest problem on Idealista. Free ride advertisers contact homeowners with request to view their property and provide their company phone number in the message. Chances are if you search for the phone number on the internet you will find their business or service that they try to free-ride advertise. Also chances are if you call that phone number they will start charging you a huge amount of money each minute or even if you give them your phone number it is possible for them to remove all your money from your mobile phone account! Beware! There seems to be NO serious buyers on Idealista and we know why. Because the service allows them to waste your time at no cost at all. It's free for all after all.
TOTAL DOUBLESTANDART
THEY PUBLISHED THAT THEY SUPPORT UKRAINIANS AND THEY STAND WITH UKRAINE . BUT WHEN IT COMES TO RENT FLATS TO UKRAINIANS THEY DONT WANT TO RENT IT OUT> WHAT A DOUBL STANDART
They should curate ads
Full of scam properties. If owners respond to you privately rather than through Idealista, 95% chances this is a scam.
Sad bc it's the go-to platform for Portugal properties but clearly they have no idea what curating ads mean.

Idealista in Italy does not return your emails
and calling the add leads nohwere, nobody at the "agencies" i called answer.I am trying to lease an apartment for a 2 year time..no luck with idealista
Intuitive service, would recommend!
I moved to Madrid in June for my doctoral studies. Like many others, I booked an AirBnB and began my search for an apartment.
Idealista has all the features one needs for this purpose. Enter your city, and choose the locality where you want to search. You can also draw a customized zone. Choose the parameters that you wish your room / flat to have, and view the available locations on a map. Save to favorites those you like, contact the advertiser by message or directly on phone / WhatsApp. You can also save your search and get instant updates on new listings.
One thing that could be better, is to have a plan of every listing.
Would definitely recommend using this service.
they are some thiefs
IDEALIST only wants money, nothing more.
Nobody pays me personally to comment it here, I am not the competition in the sector.
It is nothing particularly free, they also require payment for private owners, in my case, I publish an ad to sell my property in Madrid.
be careful, just let a particular ad be published for free for 7 days, then they already demand payment. in the future there will no longer be individuals who publish their ads on idealista. and I have been in an agency in my neighborhood, in case you can help me to sell my property, and publish it in idealista.
They have told me that they no longer have an idealist to publish. why ? They have said that they can no longer bear the high price of idealista, specifically the excessive rise in their quota, the price that idealista applies.
Disadvantages, a lot,
1. same property published by 20 different agencies, in some case, 30 agencies, here which agency will be the lucky one,
2. High price for using idealist.
3. Too much competition between different agencies. 4. Little seriousness.
5. Impossibility of negotiating the price with idealista, idealista fixes the price they want.
FINALLY, I DO NOT RECOMMENDED TO ANYONE, I REPEAT NOT RECOMMENDED FOR PRIVATE OWNERS AND PROFESSIONALS.
Idealista has no feedback, no accountability, no ratings
We used Idealista to rent a property in Porto for four months during COVID. The property description was accurate, however the rental experience was terrible, with very little responsibility on part of the management agency (not Idealista). The problem with Idealista is that there is no feedback, comments, or ratings possible for the rental experience. In other words, if you have a great experience or a terrible experience, you cannot leave feedback on Idealista. Therefore you cannot have any idea about the trustworthiness of the rental agency or owner that you are contacting. Idealista needs a feedback mechanism to join the 'real world' of responsible property websites. Two stars.
Robbed
I found a property via idealista and sent 900.00 euro as a deposit. The money was stolen and I now have had to make a full criminal investigation in Spain and the U. K
Be warned do not trust idealista as they take no responsibility and there is no ay to contact them to notify them of a scam in order for them to close down a fraudulent listing.
Tried to talk to someone called GREG…GREG WARNUM VERY RUDE
Tried to talk to someone called GREG WARNUM PROPERTIES regarding a 2 month let on a villa got a really rude reply about not reading the description properly, not someone I will be recommending anytime soon, some attitude.
Idealista generally really good apart from this rude man GREG WARNUM PROPERTIES
They blocked my account saying that…
They blocked my account saying that there is nor enough documents provided. I sent documents, emailed and called them - THEY DONT SPEAK ENGLISH!!! Such a fun website.
Absolute junk and full of scam…
Absolute junk and full of scam properties which don't even exist, trust me I've contacted over 50 of them!. I've spent the past 2 weeks contacting properties on Idealista and they are all either listed with a monthly price which isn't the real price or the advertisers want to take big cash payments from you like I'm going to hand over cash with the hope that they won't run off with my money. Needles to say I haven't paid these strangers any cash! Reported false prices to Idealista who wasn't concerned whatsoever. Idealista is basically a holiday let website where you may be able to rent for a week or 2 at an extortionate price but for long term serious renters, don't waste your time.
