THEY KEEP SENDING ME WHAT THEY WANT, AND NEVER WHAT I WANT, AND THEIR FILTER DOES NOT WORK AT ALL, I HAD TO DELETE THEM AS THEY NEVER FIXED THE PROBLEM AT ALL . . .

Is Idealista legit or simply an information gathering hoax?
I've been using Idealista for three months now, drawing area maps, selecting favorites and contacting the apartment advertiser immediately upon the listing being published on the site. I always respond to the ad with a request to visit the property using Idealista's chat interface. I also call the advertiser's number. Out of approximately 270 contact attempts I have received 3 chat responses and seen two apartments (which weren't what I was looking for but I wanted to meet the agent). Not one advertiser has answered their phone.
The system is virtually useless.

Nota Simple through Idealista Spain
Nota Simple through Idealista Spain. I live in the UK, but visit my Spanish property often. Due to new entry requirements, property owners now have to supply proof of ownership or place of stay when entering Spain. I was quoted £125 plus VAT plus disbursments by a UK Solicitor and happened to find Idealista instead by chance. They have had some terrible reviews; however absolutely not my experience. I applied online at 10am on 20th June 24 through their portal, paid just 17 or 18 Euros and received the official copy in less than 3 hours. I had my Spanish Management company look over the form and it is 100% legitimate. Fantastic service Idealista !

Worst application and portal I've ever used. Is a complete mess, full of scammers. The UX is terrible, none used the chat feature, there are no useful features at all. What a shame.

Very bad communication with agents and very rude staff. It seems they are working against their will. Very disappointed and don’t recommend this company to anyone. Plus, they don’t contact you after visiting the places, not even for a negative outcome.
Excellent site
Excellent site. Easy to use, no complicated search functions. The owner who kindly answered all our questions and helped us sort out the booking. Also the tech support are great because throughout the booking process they helped us with problems that were on my bank's side. The booking was quick and secure, we were provided with a rental agreement and tech support helped us to make some changes to the agreement before signing it. During check-in I was shocked that the flat was perfect according to the description and photos. The kind owner provided all the amenities for a long term stay and also helped me with the development of the city.

idealista a well-known scam company that I guess that the state capitalists who bought idealista only 2-3 years ago have now realized that idealista will not be admitted to the stock exchange and therefore want to sell the rubbish
Lousy service
One hand does not know what the other is doing and they seem not to care - just spoke to them again and just have to lower the rating to one star as this is the minimium

Why do idealista even exist
Why do idealista even exist! They are a total waste of time and effort. Would not touch them again they are just a bad take on SPAIN full stop.

Some years now with Idealista and I can't recommend it, not many answer you and if someone answer you, mostly they try to scam you
Selling plus
I have dealt with Sellingplus through Idealista: do not trust this agency, at the end of the contract they keep the deposit and demand reimbursement for damages that they invent: by not checking out in person, a few days after departure they write you invented expense notes. They use housekeeping services that are even worse than they are
The app is just scams
The app is just scams. I've contacted 10 to 15 flats in Madrid over the last week. 2 out of 3 are scammers. The others don't respond. No point in the app.
I have sent off several emails &…
I have sent off several emails & requests for properties over several months & have not had any response. It is an utterly shocking service & makes you think that they do not want to rent or sell to anyone outside of Italy.
My requests ranged from January this year up until the month of September.
You should not have to phone Italy to make to inquire about a property & if it is no longer available- it should be removed from the site.
I am beginning to wonder if this is the experience people are receiving from estate agents in Italy- this could be why people are selecting other countries to move to & why their population is depleting.
It is not just Idealista that is providing such poor service.
Sometimes it is best to go directly to the Estate Agents if listed & miss out using this service.
Good luck to anyone who uses this facility.
Are they crooks? I think so.
Want to rent, then Idealista is top of the internet search list. Find a property and you are then asked to pay them the rental deposit, even before you have seen the property and told if you do not like it, they will refund your money. The property I wanted today was "shut up" and now nothing from the alleged owner. I tried phoning Idealista but their number is permanently engaged. The Idealista deposit went to what looks like a Russian woman.
Bombard you with emails
This company is a nightmare they send between 10 and 20 emails a day dispite asking them to unsubscribe.

I am desparately to buy a property in Lisbon. Found several but they do not seem to be interested in selling. No answer on the phone, mails being unseen for days and answers to that mail even longer. They call themselves pro's ?? No way what a way of doing business. A shame ! One star since it is the minimum. I don't speak English... well : use google translate, I have to do it also ! a bunch of amators
Huge amount of fake and misclassified ads
Huge amount of fake and misclassified ads (such as tool shacks advertised as houses). Owners that don't exist, scammers, even real-estate that's in dubious legal state. Pointing the errors to their moderation board does nothing - they always reply "everything is fine".
payed money and got blocked
I published my room for rent and even payed 10€ already. After that they took my add down and blocked my account. No explanation, nor did I get my money back.
