I can't recommend this company any less. Hugely expensive and terrible, rude, patronising, sloppy service.

Booked an appointment with George for the next day, had a pleasant call which was wrapped up within 15 minutes and within a few hours I had the signed ID1/ID5 forms back. then next day I had the signed hard copies delivered. Very efficient service for a very reasonable price.

All fine till it came to posting out the id5 for , them no response on email or phone , if you do get through a man answers who says he isn't Andrew George , he's says he doesn't know anything but will pass messages on ..these messages then never get a response. Now Ignoring our requests for a refund.

Given that solicitors quote anything from £300 to £700 for this simple service because they really can't be bothered with it, the availability and price of this efficient online service is briliant. We had to do two of these and had ended up on a tight deadline. Despite personal tragedy at their end the guys here were friendly and helpful and efficient. The only limitation is that you must have or know someone with a modern Smartphone to do the last part of the validation process (but it'd be cheaper to buy one than pay a solicitor!). It was tight but I did get everthing to the Land Registry by the deadline today. The only improvement they could make would be to offer a Special Delivery by 1pm service for tight deadlines. But as it stands, we saved over five hundred pounds by using hese guys and could do it all from home.
