My experience was fine

My experience was fine. I thought the doctor was very nice and he gave me very very thorough explanations. Not just one or two paragraph answer, but a whole page of possibilities and recommend. It said two free follow ups but I only got one. I would use them again. Very hesitant to use because of reviews but he answered my medical questions.

It went how I expected and I got very detailed help. I'd use it again for sure. And it's super affordable and convenient compared to going to an actual clinic.

Didn’t provide accurate useful…

Didn’t provide accurate useful information, didn’t provide a response within an hour despite me paying extra. Didn’t respond to complaint or any follow up emails. Avoid.

I spent a week being told they’d follow up and help me/refund me immediately and a week later they’re still doing the same. Ignore their response, they have no intention of resolving the issue.

I will NEVER use their service again!!

I will NEVER use their service again!!! My first question I paid $49. I gave a very detailed explanation and got a 2 second response. I asked a follow up question and got a 1 second response. My first question WAS NOT FREE. I still needed clarity so I paid AGAIN and got the same Dr with VERY short NOT helpful responses. He explained NOTHING. This is the only service I know that is so short and cuts you after asking for more clarification, DO NOT USE!!!
