I was sceptical about the authenticity…

I was sceptical about the authenticity of online free Dr advice, but icliniq is abdolutely there was a Quick response to query and relevant to the concer I had .

copy and paste answer

I waited 24 hours for a copy and paste from google, stating some common knowledge. There was no attempt to answer my question. I replied straight away asking if the doctor could give me an answer to my question with the information that I had given him and 24 hours later I still haven’t had a response. I would like my money back.
EDIT- still no response and nothing has been resolved from contacting your customer service via the email you provided. I would just like a refund.
Complete waste of time and money!

Beware

Beware! I went with the 50 hours package of answers. go to their site and it specifically says 50 hours of unlimited questions and your first chat is free. I asked a two part question and the first part was answered incorrectly (my doctor said the answer was not medically right) and the second part I wasn't getting a response to so I waited and waited and waited. Eventually I contacted the company and was told "He will answer all your queries within that 50 hours of time frame," This is such a rip off. Just answers lets you do unlimited questions for just $39 a month and this one in essence allows you one question by one of their doctors in that time frame. This is not free for my first chat nor is it unlimited based on that response. I asked for my money back from this India based company 4 times now and I keep getting that they are reviewing it and nothing happens. I am contacting the FCC next as this appears to be false advertising over the Internet.

I got a thorough answer to my first…

I got a thorough answer to my first query, then I was able to reply with an additional question and received a reply to that. Anything further would’ve required another $49. There was a $1.47 foreign POS charge in my account so just beware that this is a foreign service. Otherwise the information was helpful and shed some light on issues I hasn’t considered before but will take to my PCP.

I'd give them 0 but I can't the Dr was…

I'd give them 0 but I can't the Dr was copying and pasting information off the internet. They are not real drs if you search what they reply with you'll find word for word on the internet this is unacceptable and you pay for some person who isn't even a dr to copy and past a answer to a question, and what he sent me wasn't even correct information!

Doctor replied very quickly and…

Doctor replied very quickly and answered all queries. Admittedly I expected more details but at least all questions were answered. Customer care was fast as well due to a payment issue. This service is ideal to get a second opinion or get quick answers for any doubts regarding your condition. You can get answers from Google yes, but at least from iclinq you are asking a real doctor. However although I uploaded all reports etc.. the doctor did not comment anything about them.
