10days in Fabruary 2025
We came at the parking place earlier, I phoned the service of shuttle bus and he came. I passed my car to him with the key, made the video of the car, everything fast and clear. The shuttle bus is for 8 people, we were 4 and it took 8minutes to get at terminal 1. When we arrived back I just call the servise and everything was very fast, we just went out the terminal 1E and the car came. All was perfect and for very good price.

Extra costs, Long waiting time
I have paid the invoice through PayPal. When we arrived to the parking place, they wanted extra 5 EUR (costs for parking at the airport).
At the end of the journey, I needed to call them twice to come to pick us up. We waited for 45min.

For 1 day extra they charged me additional 50% of total amount!!
I have had parking place for 14 days. Before I arrived back I informed them that I will come 1 day later than scheduled. Nevertheless, they charged me additional 30€, and I paid for 14 days 60€! That was outrageous! When I asked for invoice they said that it will cost me even more and that it is their "good will" to charge me only 30€. Never again!

In der Buchungsbestätigung sowie Buchungserinnerung werden Sie darauf hingewiesen, welche Kosten beim Parkplatzanbieter entstehen, sollten Sie die Parkplatzverlängerung nicht bzw. nicht rechtzeitig melden. Die Information, dass Sie einen Tag später landen, haben Sie uns via Email außerhalb unserer Geschäftszeiten übermittelt. Aus unser automatischen Emailbeantwortung sowie aus den Reservierungsbestätigungen geht hervor, dass Sie sich direkt an den Parkservice unter den angegebenen Kontaktdaten melden müssen.
Die Weiterleitung Ihrer Nachricht erfolgte unmittelbar nach Öffnung unserer Bürozeiten. Als Vergleichsportal haben wir leider keinen Einfluß auf die Angebots- sowie Preisgestaltung des Parkplatzanbieters.
