This is our second time using drive &park in Nuremberg. Fast, efficient, and affordable even when your flight lands at 1:00 am!

Wir booked and paid for 4 days but couldn’t get inside because the scanner wouldn’t accept our code. I don’t know if scanner was broken or our code was invalid but we were forced to find another parking. We tried to call customer service, it was impossible. So I wouldn’t recommend it at all. Very bad experience.

Good location and friendly staff. Easy to use.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. The driver was very disrespectful from the beginning. I sent my two children into the minibus first, and while loading the luggage he was rushing us, making impatient hand gestures. When it was time to load my last suitcase, he grabbed it and slammed it into the trunk. At the airport, I later noticed that the wheel section of my cabin suitcase was broken.

I explained the situation to Drive Park Lahausen, but they refused responsibility, saying that because there was no prior luggage check, they could not accept the claim. They also stated that loading is the customer’s responsibility and that the driver can only “assist.” However, there is a clear difference between merely finding a suitcase damaged and suspecting the driver, and actually hearing the driver forcibly take the suitcase from your hands and slam it into the trunk.

If you are traveling alone with only a small bag, it might be fine. Otherwise, do not risk saving €60 on parking and end up losing a €90–100 suitcase like I did.

Fast, and clear, needed to look for out favorite P-place at Niederrheinstrasse 195, but found it.

Everything was on time and went really well

The worst parking services, they made me waste 40 minutes on the phone in front of closed barriers, because they are incompetent and couldn't find my reservation.

Perfect arrival and departure. Very nice drivers.

The parking is very nice and well organized. However, if you are coming from another city, you need to pay special attention to the bus — make sure it has the parking address written on it. Otherwise, you might accidentally end up at a different parking lot. Apart from that, everything else is excellent, and I would recommend this parking.

Not reliable!!! Worst experience ever. I called the driver as instructed, after arriving at the Düsseldorf airport, and I was informed that someone will arrive in 30 minutes. I waited 35 and called again, and I was told that someone will arrive in 20 minutes. I ended up taking a taxi to the parking. This is a scam!!!! Waste of money and time.

Scam – do not trust this company! (Reservation: 26DB5M3)

This is by far the worst parking experience I've ever had. The location was completely unmarked, no signs, no staff, no instructions. I lost so much time trying to find the right place that I MISSED MY FLIGHT. All because of their incompetence.

Customer service? Absolutely terrible. No one answers the phone, email replies are generic or nonexistent, and they take no responsibility whatsoever. I contacted them multiple times asking for a refund – of course, I got nothing. No help, no apology, and no refund.

My reservation number was 26DB5M3 in case they pretend this never happened.

This company is unprofessional, dishonest, and possibly fraudulent. I will report this to the relevant authorities, and I strongly warn others to stay far away from this service.
