This company is a joke I ordered a werewolf mask in oct 2020 and it hasn't shown up I've emailed them they said they sent it out I told them I want my money back and they wont even respond to that this company sucks and I hope there company go under I will never order from here again

SCAM ALERT!!! Ordered wolf mask for 45.97 back in October of 2020 and it never came - multiple complaints and all were ignored. I will be posting a very negative review of such about Icepaper on my channel and on all my media outlets if I do not get a response soon.

I ordered a Halloween mask for 45.97 and it never arrived. After several complaints to Paypal they wrote back and said the matter was closed. Iris.LTD is a scam.

I bought two masks that never arrived. For awhile they told me they were coming but no response fir a month. The tracking shows it shipped to a different zip code which makes no sense because the order address was correct.

I would also put a zero star!! I also ordered a wolf mask, for Halloween and never received it, they do keep saying it’s being sent but will not give tracking number, also said sent to a wrong address. Had sent several emails, they keep saying it’s being sent don’t worry.
Do not order from this SCAM website! I will also report it to the BBB.

I ordered a monocular telescope and never received it. Emailed them many times asking for my money back. No return. They do not deliver any goods. They have no web site.
Robbing chinese scam ass wipes.

Ordered item and never received it. This was just another scam website now the site has disappeared. Sellers paypal name is Iris Co,Ltd. STAY AWAY!!!

Not sure if this company is legit either! Still No delivery after ordering Over 6 weeks ago,
I do not suggest buying anything from them.

I ordered a product and paid for VIP shipping. After numerous email communications it’s been over two weeks and I don’t even have a tracking number, let alone the mask I ordered. Their emails told me my item originally shipped to the wrong address, they shipped another apparently, but would not tell me from where or when it will arrive and to be patient!!
I will never order from this company again.

Worst lying company ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I paid extra for VIP shipping so my package would arrive sooner. Well it didn't show up after a month now. And I emailed them numerous times to ask them what exactly VIP shipping was and how long I should expect to wait. They can't even answer my question. This is terrible company from China. They try and say its from London but ships from China. Don't get fooled like I did. There ads are misleading and false. Plain and simple. Horrible company. There ads make you think they will be ok. But there not. Don't fall for it.

I bought a 2 foot shark the only one on their website and they sent me a 6 inch. No matter what my conformation email said and what I said they constantly said that is what I ordered. Sent from California but returns are to China. Don’t trust them. Spent $50 on a $10 toy if best.
