I had damage from a roof leak and Spring Villa sent John over to fix swollen window sills, with stain and waterproof treatment attended to on wall and ceilings with careful preparation, . John has considerately protected the area as far as possible, and we're on course for the repairs to be complete, within the time scheduled. Thanks for the work so far, Jon!

Spring Villa have done several repair and improvement jobs on our block of flats over the last two or three years and have been very prompt, efficient and pleasant on each occasion. James O'Donnell has stuck to his quotes despite some unexpected complications and has given us practical advice on how to minimise our costs. Richard is fun to work with and great at solving problems.

James is a conscientious stickler for detail, he runs a strong team and adapts to his customers requirements at the drop of a hat I would highly recommend his services.

Timekeeping excellent. Turn up when they say they will. Efficient and smart with lots of spares, tools and everything on board. The jobs are all completed fast, efficient and to a very high standard. I've been in the building game for years but they always come up with a great alternative to what I think should be done. For example they recommended to use pvc board in the toilets as I was thinking mdf and paint. Pvc board is more sanitary and also leading to a faster job. Great!

And when it comes to quotation / paying. I had a full breakdown spreadsheet of hours spent on site with whom, materials, travel. All very transparent.
