I tested a few hosting providers and had nearly given up when a popular Youtuber called Srt Bull told me about Iced Hosting. Before the 24 hour trial was up I knew I had found the best service available. It’s only been a short while but the server performance and reliability are top tier. The management tool is sublime. I have seen nothing as slick as this before. A very happy customer. Price was less important to me however very competitive with a discount for the referral from Bull.

Stellar performance. I use the 10gb Rust server and I am able to have 175 players connected without any issues or lag. Sever appears in the browser list quickly! Server located in central USA increasing my player base Vs Chicago location! Amazing tech support, very responsive and helpful! It’s great they use discord for support

I came to IcedHost from PingPerfect and the difference in quality of product and in particular the difference in support are incredible. IcedHost has been indispensable for my server. I have received the best support of any digital product I've ever purchased from IcedHost. Whenever I have a problem even when it's (often) my fault they are readily available and help me immediately. I can't say enough good things about how professional and helpful they have been and the server I am renting is an absolute rocket ship. PingPerfect when I needed support would not even directly interact with you, you had to use an email system and while your server was down it would regularly take 15-45 minutes to get responses to each question and every time you asked a question it put you to the back of the line for a response. The support was atrocious, with IcedHost though I can directly communicate with support via Discord and they answer questions immediately and dig right in to solve issues as soon as they arise. Their DDOS mitigation is second to none, with PingPerfect it took 24 hours just to get confirmation that they were in fact DDOS'd. I would recommend IcedHost to anyone who is serious about providing a quality experience for their customer. I can't say enough good things about their service, truly top notch.

IcedHost is the best Server host! They will always help you! If u have any problems they will be there 24/7 to assist you :) The staff at IcedHost is very friendly and respectful! So if you are looking to create a gaming Server I'll recommend IcedHost they have the easiest Control panel to understand and they have really good prices!

Server works great, and when it was having issues, staff were communicative and helpful in solving the issue. Would recommend.
