Thought I’d take a punt on this company due to there prices and reviews and was not disappointed Vik and Luke were a joy to deal with everything was easy no faffing and I will 100% be recommending to friends and family

Even tough my Mercedes CLA took a very long time to arrive, Vic Zafar was absolutely fantastic by keeping me informed every month. He could always be reached and called back immediately if he couldn't pick up the phone. Even his after sales care is ecellent.
I would definitely recommend ICarlease.

Really easy company to deal with, Rebecca Phoenix and Gareth Wardle on hand to sort things quickly and efficiently. Great communication from Rebecca even a few weeks after delivery of the car to make sure everything has been OK and answer any queries. Wouldn't hesitate to use these again thank you very much even more so in these current trying times for getting new cars delivered!

Like many other people awaiting deliveries my car was orderd Oct 21 for March/April delivery 2022 .The fact of the matter is the car was deliverd today Thursday 15th September. Yes the delay was frustrating at times but a big shout out for Katie Bantock who did her best to communicate good or bad news regarding a situation that we both had no control over but Katie did well managing my espectations would i use TCH again a definatley YES!!

I was stuck in a inconvenient situation where I needed a car as quickly as humanly possible after having my trouble with my previous financed car. I had searched multiple car leasing companies and they all had 3 month (or more) waiting lists for the type of vehicle i needed.

In step iCarLease and the fantastic Rebeca Phoenix!! As soon as I was introduced to Rebecca I knew I was in good hands. She managed to arrange the vehicle I wanted to be delivered to my home address within 2 weeks of our first phone call. She went above and beyond for me, email responses were within minutes, phone call and text updates regularly and really gave me the peace of mind and assurance I was in the right place, not to mention the price was very attractive and better than all other companies I had spoken to!

My car arrived bright and early as organised and I have not looked back since. This is my first time leasing a car after being hesitant around the process previously and I can now say I will not go back to financing/purchasing again.

Even after I have received the car months on I still have direct contact with Rebecca for anything i need relating to the car and my lease, and again responses are instantaneous.

I recommend icarlease to anyone and have nothing but good things to say about the company.

Found these through leasing.com Really impressed, best value and friendly customer service. Just taken delivery of the vehicle and it's great. Gareth and Craig were very helpful. Spoke to Mercedes direct to see if they could compete - they said "we don't understand how they can offer it at such a low price, I'd just go with them". Process took 2 weeks from start to finish.

Vik was very good and had lots of information and gave me confidence going forward, also got my car quicker than expected. Was worried about delays but I was shocked how easy it was. Also Luke helped when it came to delivery answered all questions I asked. From start to finish was made at ease.

Unfortunately I ordered my vehicle during the global chip shortage which severely delayed the initial order. However, Katie at iCarLease was able to offer an alternative at a similar price without much of a compromise in specification. Katie was very helpful and offered excellent service.

Great company to deal with, spoke to Rebecca numerous times by email as I’m working from home with a baby and not always able to chat on the phone.
Rebecca provided me with numerous quotes, once I had decided on the right deal, the car was delivered in a matter of weeks!
I had heard some horror stories of cars being delayed through other companies so was a little sceptical to start with about their quick lead times, But they were amazing!
