App doesn't work properly..

App doesn't work properly at several stores. The option to add a missing item for review is missing. Items should be added automatically in the first place but now it's a hassle.. especially when you're trying to meet time sensitive promotions..

Quick turnaround

Quick turnaround! The last few receipts have not picked up items, took days to get reimbursed, too much petty checking/tracking on my end. This transaction went smoothly and easy! Hope all those kinks of last week are ironed out! Thank you!

I took pictures of the two items I…

I took pictures of the two items I brought which was the Fage sour cream. Only gave me a credit for one. I have a hard time taking picture of the receipt because my hands shake. I have retaken the picture showing both. Waiting to hear if I will be getting the two back. I have had friends and family that me that Ibotta is always hard to get your credit back. So they stopped trying

Ibotta allowed me 60 cents toward my…

Ibotta allowed me 60 cents toward my earnings and said it was approved, then 10 minutes later it said my offers had expired. I got an email to reclaim them, but the app didn't work. Not a big deal, but don't take money away after saying it's in my account.

It takes way too long to go in and…

It takes way too long to go in and check off everything you think you’re going to buy. Then when you do , it only ends up being .05 or .50. Too time consuming for what you get out of it. Plus. Taking a picture of the review is a joke. Has to be PERFECTLY lined up or it doesn't work. Says can’t read the receipt . I’m probably going to quit using it. Not worth the amount of time it takes.

I have been using Ibotta since the start, now its great!

I have been using Ibotta since when they started. It’s been a journey. I rate them excellent because they have grown and learnt from their mistakes and now have the most excellent customer support team. So I am always sure ill be taken care of. And their process has improved so much that if I am following protocol, then I rarely need to contact support, if ever.

My “oops” was “their pleasure” to fix!

I had an issue with a receipt where I forgot to check the item I wanted a rebate on ahead of time. I reached out on the “help” portion of the Ibotta app and was told very quickly that it would be resolved. I know I should be more aware ahead of time but sometimes I get ahead of myself! They were kind and understanding AND able to undo my faux pas and gave me credit! They are the best shopping app out there!

I don't like your app

I don't like your app. You don't allow me to just upload receipts they have to be from specific places and it doesn't allow for smaller stores. You make it hard to get in to it and I don't give all my info yo anybody.

Mistakes happen !!!!!

Mistakes happen with the app but I have never had a problem getting it corrected after 1 or 2 messages to Ibotta through the app.

It can be frustrating when a submission is not credited the first time as it should be, but at least customer service is happy to fix it pretty quickly when you point out the mistake.
