I wanted to purchase 5 shirts
I wanted to purchase 5 shirts, but purchased 1 to see the fit and quality. The fit was off by two sizes, and that was cool but the back and forth with their "help" personel "Robin", was not what this company advertises regarding returns. First, I got a shirt in color that I ordered to be in black and white. Then it was 2 sizes off. I actually have about 7 compression shirts from other manufacturers, so I am pretty familiar with compression shirts. Robin emailed explaining that I am stuck with the colored shirt, but I can return it because of the size descrepincy. But their website clearly says to "not return it from the original address on the package, but I am still waiting on a return address from the company to send it. The item came from China, and took about 4 weeks to arrive in Decatur, GA. And now it has been a few days already on the return part. I will not purchase again from this company.

T shirt way too small - no response from customer service in 3 days!
Ordered a t shirt in 2X but it is way too small and unfortunately doesn't come any bigger. It is 100% cotton and would probably shrink down to about a medium! I sent an email 3 days ago to customer service about returning and refund and I haven't heard anything! I paid nearly $25 and now I am being ignored! Needless to say I am not one of their over 200K happy customers!

Horrible company
Horrible company. If you order any item, expect to wait and wait and wait. Their products are shipped from China and take forever to arrive. Beyond that, their products are all non-refundable due to every, single, item being "on sale". And wouldn't you know, their return policy states they do not accept returns for items "On Sale". Expect to get screwed.

SCAM WEBSITE!
This really sucks I bought my shirt April 28th, got a message that it was sent from China on May 8th, and haven't heard back since. I tried emailing the hidden email they have on there website and still nothing. Im making sure I get my money back with my bank this Friday, and making it a mission to let everyone know this website is a scam!

During every step of your order, from order confirmation to order shipping and delivery email you were automatically emailed to the email address you have entered during the checkout and if you didn't receive it perhaps it ended up in your spam folder or it was incorrectly entered?

I generally like their products and…
I generally like their products and would rate their quality as a four out of five, but their customer service is awful. I recently ordered two shirts in one size and after waiting six weeks (yes, they are coming from China and apparently come by boat about once a month) got both shirts in the wrong size. After going back and forth with customer service, they asked me to send them the shirts (at my own expense) and they would send replacements. Ridiculous.

worst company!! No communication ... They state they are a US based company but it will take almost 2 months to get your item you order because its from CHINA!!!!! never will respond back to my e-mails.. no phone number to call!!!
I would appreciate if someone could call me or email me back. I haven’t emailed every day and no response at all for days!
UPDATE* they won’t call me or email back. I wrote them on Facebook and they show it marked as read but no response

Although the typical shipping time for your region is 5-15 business days from shipping date as communicated in relevant sections of our webshop, for some reason it took longer than expected as USPS played ping pong with your order once it arrived for more than 7 days which didn't help but in total the delivery time was much less than 2 months as you stated. That is unfortunately out of our control but we have already contacted USPS and asked for an explanation.
You have purchased the item on sale and also used 15% off discount code on top where on your request we have also additionally refunded you additional 5% OFF making it in total 20% discount as a small sign of an apology for the inconvenience caused so we really believe calling us worst company is far from true but we can understand your reaction and apologise once again.
Additionally, we are happy to provide transparently our past correspondence.

Buyer Beware. They don't tell you upfront that they ship from China
This site touts they are US based but their orders ship from China. There was no mention of this when I placed my order. I did just find it buried in their help section but that doesn't do any good now. I often order from China but I know what I am getting into. This site is very misleading and because of that I have missed the occasion I bought the shirt for! I ordered it on March 20, and it didn't ship until the 24th. It is now April 6. The tracking doesn't show it has arrived in the US yet. I won't be doing business here again. Not a happy superhero here.....

Bad experience, ordered a shirt March 20th and today is April 5th ... never received!! I ask for details and was given a generic tracking number that showed incorrect information. Tracking states it would arrive to me today , but showed it was in Illinois. I live in Houston so pretty sure its not arriving here. They say they’re us based , but product comes from China.

Through out our webshop we mention on several places that we recommend ordering a best size fit based on the size chart for any of the products and we cannot take a responsibility for not looking at the size chart in order to get a properly sized item.
On the other size, even when that happens our return & exchange policy is clear and we are ready to exchange your item for free either for the same item but in correct size or for any other item within the same price range and that's exactly what our customer support agent offered you.
The offer is still valid of course and if you decide to take it at any point all you have to do is reply to one of the messages from correspondence with our customer support.
