I have ordered a number of tops and tights from I Am A Superhero and have never been disappointed. The items arrive in a timely fashion and to date, everything I've ordered, I have received.

I can trust that I'm getting what I order. The response time from support team is amazing should you need it and I love the high quality gear! I'm hard on my superhero gear and it's held up for me over a year now still looking bright and brand new! If you have an inner alter ego I'm sure they have some clothes that will fit your style!

I didn't see anywhere on their website that they ship from all over the world. I eventually found that in the FAQ. They shipped my order from China! The tracking number they sent me is invalid. I am now a week into my prder supposedly having been shipped. I have inquired twice as to why I can't track my order only to be told to "rest assured..it's in way." Great. It's part of my son's Halloween costume we may or may not get. Terrible customer service. 100% satisfaction guaranteed, my behind.

I ordered a compression garment with a Superman print on it. Although the print work is good, the material is quite thin and barely meets legging standards. For the quality of material the cost is not justified. If you don't mind ultra thin material then you it will be fine.

Got a terrible quality shirt, then when I wrote a review on the page of the shirt, they never posted it. What a shame, I was looking forward to buying a lot more from them...

This is one Trash A** company. Buying anything from them is like walking down the street in Compton at 2:47 Am with the wrong color on. You mine as well give your money away to these thieves and expect NOTHING in return. Customer service is shi**y products are TRASH and the service alone is BS. They take your
Money swindle you and then make it impossible to return. I just want my money back and I HAVENT EVEN GOT MY ORIGINAL ORDER. Order was made on July 10th. Still haven’t got nothing . Tracking number is bogus the information update is fake. These Chinese people are stealing from you. They get you to buy from them and then never send you your products then give you the run around when you inquire about your items quoting their FAQ like it’s the law or bible or like it’s righf because that’s what it says. Clearly they not American and clearly they are swindling people out they money. Do not buy from them. If I could make a compression shirt I’d be in every gym with “DO NOT BUY FROM IAMSUPERHERO.COM and when I go to the GYM ima be sure to tell EVERYONE ABOUT THIS and make sure they tell their friends about this. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THESE THIEVES DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Wish I can give them a zero. Worst customer Service ever. I’ve been trying to return my order for an exchange/refund and have sent 7 emails in the past 3 days. So far no address to ship it back. I don’t mind that I have to pay to ship it; I didn’t mind that it took 10 days to get products from China. What I do mind in the run around to ship it back for an exchange/refund. Save your money and spend a little more elsewhere that has real customer service.

Buyer beware. Poor quality badly sized clothing from CHINA. Requires constant followup for returns. Original order placed June 1. Needed next size up (which by the way is only negligibly bigger). Getting instructions to return took forever. Returned both items. Only got 1 exchange this week. Had to email to get the other item shipped. It’s now July 21 and I still don’t have all items in the right size. Stay away.

Although they advertised super easy returns, instead they just send you an an email essentially saying that should have ordered the right size to begin with. No more. Try superherostuff.com instead
