Only because I cannot give zero stars. I wanted to buy a present for valentines day. make the purchase a full 3 weeks ahead of time and only AFTER the purchase did I get an email from this vendor saying "hey, we're not open for the next 10 days."
I immediately messaged them and told them that wasn't acceptable and I wanted a refund. They ONLY responded AFTER they had printed up a shipping label and said, "sorry, per our refund policy we cannot honor one after the item has shipped."
This company is shady, and I'm sure the product from China will be crap. I'm working with my VISA company to secure a refund and warn anyone who's looking at their products to take your business elsewhere.
**rebuttal to rating response: to be clear, the product was found on Google shopping, there was NO warning anywhere to be found until AFTER purchase, I have email communications where I asked for a refund and was completely rebuffed until I started complaining through social media.**

Ordered a pair of batman leggings.
The tracking never worked.
Contacted them, they finally emailed me that they were shipping another pair, and the one in the email check out were not the ones that I ordered.. Re emailed them and the reply made no sense.
30 days so far and they have not even shipped the replacements for the lost ones.
They never say that the stuff comes from China, after claims of a US based company.
I would never have purchased from them in the first place.

IAMSUPERHERO are great I am a new customer I recently purchased a venom shirt from them it took between 2-3 weeks to arrive after it has been dispatched and the quality of their products are also great I definitely going to be buying more in the future anyone who loves marvel or dc this is definitely the website for you

Very wide assortment of shirts and pants. Also, prices are very reasonable in comparison to Under Armour.

Ordered a Spiderman sweat pants for my son on December 3rd. Told it would arrive between 5-15 business days. Did not arrive until January 3rd. AND THE SENT THE WRONG PRODUCT. Iron Man instead of Spiderman. Now that I am asking for a refund and a return label they have gone radio silent.I will have to contact my credit card company to dispute.

Agree with the other "real" reviews. Ordered a few weeks before Xmas. Received notification that it has left Shanghai on 12/22. On 12/29 it is still not here and just cleared New York.

"Robin" says, "As I am sure you are aware, the shipping time can be a tricky beast...." 4 days after Xmas and still not here. I wish I had read the reviews on this site before ordering. Lesson learned.

If there was a worse rating than one star I would choose it. Interesting how many of the positive reviews are five star.

Insane experience with Robin. The MO of the company seems to be to delay. Ordered two items, received one wrong item. Sent pics repeatedly of wrong item while Robin pretended not to receive them. Could not get any confirmation that my original order was being processed. Got so mad after the constant delays that I told them I'd follow up directly with MasterCard.

I placed an order November 26th and it is now December 20th. My tracking has said "Processed through facility in China" since December 5th and has not updated since. On their website they make it seem like they are a "USA based company", but they ship from China and their 100% satisfaction guarantee is nothing but a bunch of BS. I don't care that they ship from China, but that should not be hidden when ordering. I wish I had done more research on this company before ordering from them. I had contacted their "customer service" and have gotten insincere replies from the infamous, "Robin", saying that they'll re-ship my order. It's been a few days and they have yet to send me updated tracking info and when I asked for them to expedite the shipping, Robin straight up said, "It would cost too much". Pffffft. It's not MY fault and I need this to get here before Christmas. I would think that ordering ANYTHING a month in advance should be enough time. I am so dissatisfied with this company and the scam they're trying to pull with their website. I wish I had read these reviews before buying. I sent them another e-mail today saying that if I don't hear back from them by the end of the day I will be filing a dispute on PayPal. Unacceptable. Awful company. Do not buy from them.

Very easy to order and receive from. Fun items. I’m taller, close to 6’2 so I ordered XXL (normally I wear a Large-Tall shirt) and it worked well.

All the Punisher compression wear I bought from here is awesome. Couldn't be happier. Pricing on items was great.

AAAAAAWFUL! Just awful! They are cowards and they don’t give you what you pay for. I ordered two shirts and only one of them arrived... Then I contacted them and this guy “Robin” weren’t useful at all and didn’t reply after I told him I searced everywhere and if they don’t find a solution on this I’m asking for a refund. It also takes foreeeeeever for them to deliver and the quality isn’t that good either.

The item is shipped from China and takes very long. Worse is the fact that this is very hidden. It is not displayed anywhere in the ordering flow nor in the email receipt. There is a (not so obvious) link in the shipping email that does go into some info about shipping from China if you are willing to dig for it.

However, even the US estimate of 5-15 days (avg of 10) was incorrect. I ordered my product on October 10th, well in advance of Halloween. I did not receive the item until November 2nd and missed Halloween and the entire purpose of ordering the shirt.

THE WORST PART:
When I finally received the shirt, the print was completely defective. Only the top half of the shirt displayed the print with the bottom half only showing a faded outline of the print. The color of the shirt also did not match the photos on the website.

Customer Service did refund the money a week after contacting them. However, the rep did not give even the slightest apology for the issues.

Great selection! Great tips on sizing suggestions. I would strongly adhere to the sizing suggestions of buying 1-2 sizes bigger than usual. I bought a size medium shirt (usually wear an XS or S) and am glad I did. It fits great, but I would like it a little longer. So for my next order, I'm trying a large in hopes that it is a little longer.
