Guess everyone epxerience will be different but my package came in about 2 weeks and I love it. Will definitely be ordering a new suit.
I had ordered the Spider-Man pa4 suit and I’m impressed with the quality

I couldn't comment on the products because I have not seen them yet. But the shipping takes too long, and still transferring around in China here and there after 15 days from purchase.

When I emailed to ask (twice), I received two exactly same reply. So this guy, Robin, is basically just copy and paste for every shipping enquiry, which make me very upset. I just copy it here and see any of this looks familiar to you.

AS ROBIN REPLIED:

'No need to worry about it, as sometimes it simply takes couple of days for tracking code to update as noted in the shipping confirmation email and there are also occasions when our courier uses shipping provided which doesn't provide tracking code (as mentioned in our help/faq sections) but never the less, the typical shipping time should still apply.

At this point, we just kindly ask you for a bit more patience as the typical shipping time is 5-15 business days from shipping date as communicated on our website (HELP/FAQ section, SHIPPING tab on all of the product pages etc.).

Rest assured that your order was received, processed and shipped out and is on the way to you!'

That's not the way to do business. Worst experience ever!

I placed an order. I waited several days for a shipping notification. I contacted them - by email - as the phone number for them was hard to find. I was informed they had "courier issues" and the product wasn't going to arrive to me in time. I asked for a refund. This was on March 26th. I was informed they would cancel the order and refund my money. I waited a few days. No refund. I have repeatedly contacted them by email and by phone (no one answers - you have to leave a message). Their reply is the same - wait 2-3 business days for a refund. I contacted the Better Business Bureau and filed a complaint with them today.
They have 9 UNANSWERED complaints against them and an F rating with the BBB. The representative at the BBB said they are using a registered agent's address so that it is likely they aren't physically located in Wyoming as stated on their website. Be warned before you place an order!!

Feeling scammed by this company. Comes straight out of China apparently. Has been 1 month and there is still no tracking information. Don't bother with this company. Buy at your own risk.

Total crap...customer service is a joke.....they should not even be allowed to sell online. Been trying to resolve a purchase as far back as December. They either do not reply to emails or they reply and say they will refund and then nothing. Had to put into dispute with credit card company to recover my money. Dont waste your money. Not worth the headache if the merchandise does not fit or you are not happy with it. These people are laughing at you for sending money....you will play hell trying to get a refund....

Great fit, slightly longer on delivery than I would have expected, but worth it

Great shirts at reasonable prices. Just wish shipping was faster.

They are bloody scammers BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK. Items not recived then they just ignore you when you email them

Need more information about washing the shirt

My order of 4 shirts was shipped separately in 3 shipments. I received 1 short fairly quickly. 2 shirts arrived a month later. The final shirt has yet to arrive. I like the shirts, but the time to get them was inconsistent.

Excellent customer service and prompt email replies. Product only took about 2 weeks to arrive.

This is the 3rd time I've ordered from them and I still have not been disappointed.

The worst customer experience I have ever had. I ordered two items at the beginning of February. The site says orders are processed in 2-3 days “five days at the most”. My items finally “shipped” after 9 days, from China despite the company advertising they are based out of the US, both of my items have yet to make it to me and neither of the tracking numbers I received work. I have contacted customer support 5-6 times and have heard back once from “Robin”. She was rude and unsympathetic. I stated I wanted a refund or store and have since been ignored. Would not recommend buying anything from this site. It is 100% a scam

Well over a month ago I ordered 4 items for me, my friend, and my roommate. I was very excited when 2 items arrived and then a week later I got the update that my roommates items were on the way!

It has since been weeks and both of my roommates items have been confirmed as delivered, yet we've only recieved 1 of them.

I have tried emailing customer support numerous times about my order and have heard nothing back. I just want the top I ordered for my roommate. What sucks is the actual items I've received, I really love. Would love to give 5 stars, but customer service and communication have brought the experience down to 1 star for sure.

Ordered two shirts, received one. The other shirt is lost in hong kong with no tracking update in weeks. Wish i would have listened to the other reviews. The emails i received from "Robin" seemed convincing that they were gonna help make it right. But after the third email, i started getting the exact same emails in the exact same order. This company is nothing more than a phony overseas scam....

Well can say I been slacking on my orders lately, but the gear I get from them is pretty effing sweet! I do appreciate them an cause of them I been able to hit my goals in the gym. Want to look a certain way...... just picture yourself and work for it! Gear just puts you in the zone and then you just want to buy more and more! So guess I love the shirts and I would recommend them to everyone!

Shipping is very inconsistent, products dont always look like they appear on the website, but customer service will work with you...slowly.
