I have purchased and received the wrong…

I have purchased and received the wrong item only 4 days ago late July 2025
The item was a side mirror for Lexus ES300-350 but ,I received the wrong side mirror and ,I was in chat with Lily Wu representing the supplier and she agreed that me side mirror not compatable and, I requested my refund of $68 for what ,I paid for the item. While in the refund section for the last 3 days chatting ,all of sudden telling case closed.I am 90 years old and company like ALibaba could not help me and why my case was closed.For me Alibaba is the worst company and their supplier is scam without any help. How my case is closed it is only the 4th day since I received the wrong item.That is Alibaba trying to scam old people without help.
