First over all you have part that I was searching for and was easy to determined your part #. Bad news was that I had to purchase 10 screws when I need only one.

Broken Checkout System & Zero Customer Support
I wish I could give zero stars. Do NOT order from this company under any circumstances.
Their checkout system is completely broken. After placing my order, the system errored out, which triggered a cascade of problems with both PayPal and my bank that took HOURS to sort out. The frustration and wasted time dealing with payment holds and duplicate charges was absolutely unacceptable.
When I contacted customer service hoping for help, I spoke with Johana, who could not have cared less about my situation. She didn't even bother to look up my order in their system before dismissively telling me to "contact PayPal." No apology, no attempt to investigate what went wrong on their end, no accountability whatsoever.
If your checkout system doesn't work properly, the absolute MINIMUM you can do is provide competent customer service to help resolve the mess it creates. Instead, I got indifference and was passed off to deal with it myself.
There are plenty of other parts suppliers out there. Save yourself the headache and order literally anywhere else. This company has shown they don't value their customers' time or money.
Would NOT recommend.

Ordered before and was able to receive the part. I needed in less than three weeks. It was in stock. Easy to place the order once you know what part to get.

One part fit the other didn’t

The parts were exactly what I needed. Didn’t fix the problem, but they did replace a park that was worn out.

Parts were exactly what I needed and available in an expedited manner.

My Sonata sunroof had a bar break and was making an awful noise. I looked at several different places and this was one of the cheapest. It was easy to find the part and was shipped to me quickly. One hour later the new part was installed and I was on my way.

Doesn't fit my application even though it says its the right part number.

My experience was good except I had to reorder the rings because I thought all 7 were in a bag when I had to actually say 7. That was confusing because the picture showed more than one.

They had the exact part I needed. I ordered it and it came snapped in half. They shipped this very poorly and never told me I would take a 20% restock fee for returning a product that was shipped broken to me. They refused to send me out a new part even though they said it was an option. It has difficult to have anyone at this company listen. I planned on using this site for more purchases for my Hyundai but I don't think I will since they are quick to dismiss me. Refused to advise they don't replace these parts and led me to believe their customer service would fix this. I was wrong. I ordered my part on 9/26/25 and as of today I have yet to get a refund and only just now got a response they will refund me less 20% which is ridiculous considering they didn't even ship me a usable part. I will be sure to keep sharing this so people are aware of how dishonest this company is and how they lost my business going forward.
It's been well over a week since they replied to my negative review and they still refuse to answer or respond to providing a replacement part or refund!
