Absolutely fabulous, super helpful service! Hypofriend held my hand through the entire process including a solid two years of searching and gave me honest and helpful advice. I went through the process with two separate team members from Hypofriend (Adrian and Julia) and both were kind, knowledgeable and quick to answer any questions I had.

I found the whole process very intimidating especially not as a native German speaker, they walked me through the process at every step and were patient when I didn't understand. I don't think I could have gone through the process without them!

The process of applying the loan was smooth and easy. My husband and I do not speak German, thanks to Hypofriend to support us get loan successfully and we signed the purchase contract for our dream apartment.

It can be very intimidating, especially for non-German-speaking foreigners who are purchasing a property in Germany for the first time.
