automated system send me very unsatisfying deal
so my only option was to call customer service.
And as usual they went up and above and I received
much better offer, so I signed contract for next
2 years.

The renewal and upgrade of my contract was arranged pleasantly and efficiently by Katarina Pavlovic.

The worst internet provider I have ever had I wish I had never gone with them. My broadband is regularly not working for hours at a time, 6 times this month alone. If you work from home or stream it is unusable. I have phoned up regularly to try and fix it……currently been on hold for an hour. Made complaints but they never get back to you! Rubbish!

Ordering the new broadband was simple and easy.

With regards to installation, David (13093) was excellent and friendly, great communication the day prior to him coming round, he had the router installed in no time, and left no mess.
