I ordered 10 black saucers.....

I ordered 10 black saucers in 3 different sizes and they were delivered very well packaged, and arrived very quickly.
Just as an observation, I had to contact the company to ascertain whether the measurements of the saucers were taken across the top diameter, or across the bottom where the plant pot actually sits as there can be quite a difference between these two measurements and I needed one to fit a specific plant pot. I think adding this information to the webpage would be useful - not everyone would know how many Litres a plant pot is! Staff were very helpful and informative.
Great service all round!

Going the extra mile

Carriage was expensive because of my location. So the Hyjo guys made a special trip to the post office for me.
They even had time to answer questions about products. A great experience

hyjo review

despite the boss being an arsenil fan i have to admit that he is a top bloke. the staff are cool and always give good advice.i have been shopping at hyjo almost since its opening way back. some internet prices might be slighty lower sometimes but on the rare odd times i have had an issues they were always dealt with professionally.
the boss is also a bonsai master trained in japan for 4 years. his range of bonsai are amazing. if he was a liverpool fan he would be perfect but thats life.
see you soon guys. easily the best growshop in london.
ps, no free bloombastic samples were received for this review.

Amazing Customer Service

I placed an order with Hyjo online. However, I also wanted an item that they did not have on their site.

After placing the order, I decided to give them a call. They managed to source the item, and had it delivered with my order within 2 days!

I was very pleased with their service, would shop here again.

Check your EXP dates!

Having checked all my local grow shops for the best price, I purchased a bottle of Atami Bloombastic 1250ml for £120 from hyjo which was £25 cheaper than any other local growshop. I thought i got a good deal but after closer inspection of my bottle i noticed the bottle date was 2012! meaning this bottle was made 9 years ago! and we all know nutes have a shelf life of 2 years max so i returned to the shop for a replacement or refund. After being accused of lieing even though it clearly says 2012 on the bottle my money was thrown at me with whole heap of abuse and told not to ever come back to the shop. I have been buying from this shop for over 5 years and the owner thought he could scam me! The worst thing about it is if i used the 9 year old nutes and messed up my grow how could i know the said nute was the cause? This shop does not have your best interest at heart they only want your money!

Hi Mason,

Thank you for your feedback.

However, the product was not out of date and out of curtsey we gave you your money back.

Furthermore, we contacted our supplier and they confirmed that the item was not out of date. We also contacted the manufacturer, who confirmed to us that the bottles do not have dates and only batch numbers.

Atami Bloombastic 1250ml is still sold for £120

Sorry for any inconveniences.

Kind Regards,
Hyjo

Advertise stock they don't have

Advertise stock they don't have. Ask what you want to do? My answer 'cancel'. All done? NO, they still take payment the next day. Usually when companies are out of stock, you can't order online. Companies that advertise & take payment for something they do not have need sorting out & shutting down.
