Firstly, I’m very sorry that your first order was not the smooth experience it should have been, although I’m pleased to hear that you were happy with the product itself.
For transparency, the original processing time could not be met because the item did not pass the final quality inspection on the day of dispatch due to an issue with the powder coat finish. As explained at the time, I shared photos of the defect so you could see exactly why the item was rejected.
Rather than sending a product that did not meet my standards, I made the decision to remake the item from scratch to ensure you received the level of quality you expect from my products. I appreciate your patience while this was resolved, and I apologise again for the short delay and inconvenience caused.
I also note that the courier delivery did not go as smoothly as expected due to the courier arriving late in the day. While the item did arrive safely on the requested day, I agree that this was not the level of service you should expect. I have taken this feedback seriously and have already begun working with an alternative courier to help prevent this from happening again in the future.

Fantastic products
Fantastic products. I had a table base made for a table outside, in stainless steel. Absolutely wonderful. Was going to order a particular size, but was advised that it should be a different size. Very helpful, especially as it was a little less expensive!

Highly Recommended . We purchased a Dining Table base to hold a Granite top. We were struggling to find something strong enough. We found Tilia and never looked back. The website is easy to follow and as promised the item was delivered on time. We are delighted. It is just what we wanted.
