I have used HVAC agent several times …
I have used HVAC agent several times but now it is quite ineffective. I keep getting the same candidates from over 2 years. The company does a poor job of weeding out candidates that have found jobs a long time ago. they do not follow up to see if the candidates have found employment. I understand that candidates are always looking but to get the same 13 candidates no matter what posing I do is not good. After this term runs out I will not be posting on this site again.

Didn't match with a single qualified candidate. Contacted support about it twice and never heard back. Biggest waste of money I have ever spend on a job posting.

I paid $500 For 2 campaigns. I was told by the rep that he had "several" candidates and if I bought a campaign, I would receive resumes immediately. I received ZERO - ZERO resumes.
HVACAgent is a scam. I tell everyone in our industry to avoid using.

Although we thought we'd receive viable and interested candidates by advertising on HVAC Agent, most of the candidates either didn't return our phone calls or didn't have any interest in finding a new position. It seemed that the data base was somewhat dated. We were never able to find somebody using HVAC Agent after many months of trying.
