Website is hard to navigate, hard to tell what type of position candidates are searching for, many candidates are no longer actively searching. Seems like a waste of time and money.

We are not able to search candidates

We are not able to search candidates. Or look at ones picked out for us, it's a very small batch that was sent for the money spent.

Dismal number of acceptable candidates …

The number of acceptable candidates resulting from both a 2-month posting and an email "blast" for job positing was absolutely dismal. I would not recommend HVAC Agent to anyone seriously looking to hire an employ. Total waste of time and money.

The list of techs that I got was out of …

The list of techs that I got was out of date and none of them were looking for work. When i contacted Agent, i was told to change my parameters and re submit. Never heard anything else. Forgot if i had trouble or what ever. Just wasnt satisfied.

I paid for extended listings and did …

I paid for extended listings and did not receive them. Even worse, once the listing expired I had no access to the resumes I had matched. I sent multiple emails to the company and never received a response, yet I still receive emails from their sales department.

Was not impressed at all

Was not impressed at all. Not enough candidates and they were pretty much the same ones with maybe a couple new ones the entire time. I never received emails indicating there were new candidates as I thought I was supposed to. I had to log on daily to see if anyone new was there.

Suspicious and/or poor quality candidate profiles, poor filtering options and a general lack of usefulness. Spendy for what little we got out of it. We had better luck with Craigslist.

A complete waste of our funds

A complete waste of our funds. The very few resumes we were sent, were mostly from candidates we had already seen on Indeed. Lots of promises during sign-up, but no results.
