AVOID AVOID AVOID!
Absolutely shocking service! on the website states up to 18 working days turnaround time. I ordered with plenty of time. Sent multiple emails, not 1 was answered. Sent 2 Facebook messages, took 5 days to reply saying it's the summer holidays so not working as much... OK fair point.... then I get a proof to which I sent a picture of what I had in mind, I asked if she could design something similar, to which I got a reply stating she's not copying someone else's work which is not what I asked her to do. I then asked for advice on the colour writing to which I got no reply and she just ignored me. Approx 25 days after ordering I sent a polite message stating I understand it's still the holidays but the birthday these tops are for is fast approaching, she asked the date when they were needed by and then nothing.... 4 days later I receive an email stating my order had been refunded. I'm absolutely appalled at this! I've now got to order from elsewhere. 4 weeks of muck about to then refund. Avoid at all costs! Present will now be late!

Ordered some custom design jumpers for my partner and brothers. The design still going strong 2 years on after years of washing and tumble drying!

Ordered tee-shirts for my twin girls from here and the order came in later than the expected date but I did not mind especially in the current times. The girls loved wearing them and they were so excited to see their names on them. Highly recommend if you want cute customised outfits for your twins!

What i got for what i paid is incredible!!!

The customer service here is pretty terrible. I ordered a bag on the 8th January and it arrived on the 12th March.
I had no communication from the company until I e-mailed to ask where the bag was on 3rd Feb. I was told that they were out of stock and that I could change the colour if I wanted to. I am not sure why I was able to order this if it was out of stock. That is my first question. I still wanted the same colour so I asked if they could keep me updated.

No further updates until I again e-mailed on 19th Feb to ask if there was any news. She said she just check and they were in stock and she would send it next week - next week would have been 26th Feb at the latest.
I said thanks but by 4th March, still no bag and then I had to e-mail her AGAIN to ask when it was sent.
She IGNORED that e-mail so I sent another e-mail on 9th March asking AGAIN if there was any news.
She then replied saying it was sent late last week which would have been 6th March at the latest (which is not 26th Feb as you can see!). I was told to allow 10 working days for delivery - I am not sure why if it is in stock and it is a UK company.
The best (worst) part about the whole experience is that when I finally received the bag on 12th March - the post date was 11th March! You can't lie about that as it is stamped on the package by the post office!

I wouldn't normally leave a bad review but I didn't even get any semblance of an apology at any point
Unbelievable.

Recently ordered some clothes for my twins and a sweatshirt for myself! The quality of the clothes is amazing (not cheap rubbish 🙈) and Vicky was amazing at helping me create the perfect outfits I wanted! Order came in lovely packaging with lovely added extras. Can't wait for out next order to arrive!! Thanks xx
