Not of good quality
It was shipped very fast but the hat was crushed it was shipped in a plain plastic shipping bag. The bill or brim is lopsided. It was sewn together incorrectly. I bought this for a Christmas present for my best friend but I won't be giving them this hat I ordered.

Shortshipped no longer!
I ordered a package of 10 ornaments and received a package of 1 ornament. I received a very nice reply 9 days ago saying shipping information would be forthcoming ‘in a few days’ for the additional items. Never received shipping information but did receive the remaining product today, Sept 15. Very pretty ornament but the longer names are written so small my tired old eyes need a magnifying glass to read them!
