Horrendous Customer Service
I am giving this company a 1 star because there is no option for something lower. Their Customer Service is beyond abysmal!!
Let me start with I live in the United States and therefore wear US sized clothing. That said, I ordered a pair of nursing clogs (product #HTN31May24KL1) in the size of women's 9.
What they sent to me was an EU 42. If you investigate EU (European) sizes, they run larger than US sizes. So, what they sent to was the equivalent of a size 11.5.
That was the first and foremost issue. The second was that the design was applied so badly it is ridiculous that, if they have any form of quality control, it should never had left the factory. The person who did the work, obviously, had zero spatial reasoning ability as nothing was properly centered on the shoe.
This order was placed on 9/17/24. I first emailed them on 10/4/24 after receiving the shoes. It is now 11/26/24 and I have yet received any resolution. As a matter of fact, the customer service lady that was initially pretending to help me has failed to respond to my repeated emails. The last one that I sent was on 10/28/24.
I have tried calling the phone number listed on their website, but it only goes to a recording that tells you to email which they then ignore.
My recourse now would seem to be to contact the BBB and my credit card company to see if I can get the charge reversed.
WHAT EVER YOU DO PLEASE NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

Anniversary Blanket
I ordered an anniversary blanket for my husband for his birthday in September, didn’t receive the correct blanket. I emailed the company to find out how to get the correct blanket and what to do with wrong one. I was told that the correct blanket was on the way. This has been since September 24, 2024. Still haven’t received it. Also, I still have the wrong blanket, no idea what I’m suppose to do with it.

It is a beautiful decal colors were great all names were correct and received a lot if compliments. The only issue was it was a one time use decal if you stick it on something it’s not reusable next year that’s my fault but I left it on the clear sheet and put it up that way so I can have again next year!
