Showed a 20% discount for the 4 mushroom bundle when buying a sub but it didn't apply when selected. When I spoke to them via chat they said they are not providing a discount as the product is already discounted, which is not what the site advertises.
If they can't get their shop tech right why should I trust them to produce something I will put in my body? Maybe I am wrong but I suspect it's just one more supplement company with great marketing and not much else.

Hey Myles, thanks for your feedback. I understand it might look confusing, however, the 20% discount is applied to the subscription product. It's just that the normal bundle is also discounted at the moment - which gives you both a 20% discount on the subscription variant and the normal variant.

could not trust this website, the payment process was very "confusing".
I tried to buy: 1x Pure Focus subscription. - 1 PACK: € 55,99 / month + 1x Lion's Mane subscription. - 3 PACK: € 88,78 every 3 months
Total: 144,77 EUR, right?
well... it seems is not! we start with "FREE Shipping" which disappears once you select your country! I'm from Spain and here is the surprise:
* Regular Correos Express delivery (Track & Trace | 1 - 2 workdays): € 8,31!!
Furthermore, this is the ONLY website I found that charges a "Credit card fee" € 3,98!!
WOW! is it even legal? Nope! ;)
Then it shows Total € 157,06 (includes € 14,61 VAT)
But, I did not dare to put my CC information, as just right below the "final total" they listed multiple additional variable charges (shipping and cc fees) which seemed to be applied individually to each product... then... +12EUR per product??
that got me lost...
Any possibility that the "free shipping" and the CC fees can be explained???

Hi Carlos, sorry to hear that the payment process was confusing. We do offer free shipping for orders above €40,- in The Netherlands, and €150,- worldwide. It seems that you were just a few Euros off the €150,- mark. By adding one more product your subscription would automatically have free shipping.
The reason the checkout displayed different shipping prices, is that you tried to place an order with two different intervals: with the Pure Focus you wanted to receive 1 product every month, while with Lion's Mane you wanted to receive 3 products every 3 months.
Because of the difference in interval, you'd place two subscription orders with each individual shipping cost involved. If you want to combine those in the same subscription we suggest checking out the 3-month 3-pack Lion's Mane subscription and then adding the Pure Focus as a once-off to your subscription after checking out (you can do so by logging into your account and adding once off products to your subscription).

I tried to order from them twice and their shipments never arrived. The company uses unreliable courier services, and the customer service is a essentially a bot.

Had thought it was a good reliable company bought a range of products but my last 2 orders were bad. A grow box that pyscbilin wasn't present and my last order has still not been delivered. Customer service reply was we do not ship to Ireland daily. Unlucky
