Good value if you buy the package with 3 jars, and fast delivery — at least based on the purchase I’ve made so far.
What lowers the rating is the complete lack of response via email. I’ve emailed both before my first purchase and now with questions, but you never get a reply.
According to their newsletter, you’re supposed to receive a focus spray for free when buying 3 jars of Shilajit, but it isn’t added at checkout. Instead, Ashwagandha is added, which also comes with an extra cost, so you have to remove it to avoid paying more. But still, impossible to get human contact.

It just changed my daily life. All my functions in general, fisical and mental, are much better. I’m almost 62 years old and I still have a very busy job and a heavy schedule, and I have arthritis and osteoporosis, so I’m always looking for support and supplements that help keep me going.

Could have been more stars! I'vr been using the product since a while now, still satisfied with the quality, unfortunately communication thru "Wats Up" seems toi much for thr company that you don't get any answer for week!. Which is disappointing considering its just a text away to get an answer. Also tried to solve my issue thru a certain person, (no need to mention his name). But still no solution. Its been a few weeks now so I'm not sure if I will still get an answer or if they will really find a solution on my problem.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.
False advertising on functional mushrooms, claims to be grown in the Netherlands, but received products that clearly states they were grown in china. Possibly trying to sell off the older batches? Also, cannot find recent lab testing for Shilajit batch. When you pay premium prices for premium products you expect the clear transparency they claim to have.
UPDATE - After having a conversation with them via WhatsApp, I was reassured that the mushrooms I received were indeed grown on their Netherlands farm, even though the packaging states otherwise. When I asked for proof of this claim from the traceability and lab testing they claim to have for every batch. They admitted that they aren't doing that right now. Hang on.. is this not one of the companies main selling point? You may as well save some money and go to amazon at this point, as even they provide more transparency than these guys. Not to mention I'm pretty sure what they are doing goes against advertising and consumer laws in the EU. When I asked for a return label and a refund, they told me it would be at my expense, even though I have technically received a wrong product. Maybe check the back of your recent deliveries and see if you have received Chinese mushrooms too.

Hey James, thanks for taking the time to leave this review. As we shared in our email contact, our mushrooms are cultivated on our farm in Flevoland, the Netherlands. We work together with Wouter, our head farmer, who has been cultivating Lion's Mane mushrooms for over 15 years. Wouter has been growing for most high-end restaurants in the Netherlands before growing mushrooms for supplementation, and is a well-respected name in the scene.
Previously, we did get our mushrooms from another supplier that sourced its mushrooms from China, but due to our increased focus on quality and learning more about the cultivation process in China, we decided to switch to local farming instead. There are a few products that have old packaging that you probably have received, but as explained thoroughly in our mail contact, we do cultivate on our farm locally.
There are test results you can find on our website, for both Beta Glucans and other materials like heavy metals - we have not yet tested every batch of mushrooms at this stage, as we run batches every week and it would simply become too expensive. For other products like Shilajit we do have test results for every batch as promoted. Sorry you got confused there in our marketing and we promise we will do better next time.

Best quality lines mane I have ever tried. I've used plenty of general-purpose brands from Amazon as well as international brands positioning themselves as premium quality products. After discovering Human Pro, I've immediately switched to theirs.
