Ive never experienced a worse company. Between January 2024 and now I have an ongoing dispute where i have given them tenant details for each tenancy during that time period, the tenants have also contact them to pay their bills and yet they still chase the landlord for the money.

Long call wait times, weeks to respond to emails, ridiculous bill estimates, making it as hard as possible to switch to another supplier while trying to continue overcharging us for as long as possible.

I’ve been really impressed with Huddle Energy. Switching over was super easy, and the communication has been clear from the start. Their customer service rep called Joel was friendly, quick to respond, and actually helpful — which makes such a difference especially for first time tenants! My bills are fair and easy to understand, and it’s nice to know they focus on sustainability too.

They are overpriced thieves and you cannot contact them telephonically as they do not pick up calls or even return calls after placing you in a queue. Have had trouble with them for over 4 hrs now and they block you from switching to another provider even if the debt is taken over and being continued to pay. Steer well clear of these crooks

Useless company who doesnt answer calls or emails but will change how much you pay monthly. Without giving a reason and you're supposed to just pay it with no information or reason why. Do not ever ever get in a contract with these people. Get real you stupid idiots.

If there is a zero rating. They truly deserve.
At first, we had move out and contacted different provider. But this company came nowhere and registered our account without consent. It was even hard for us to switch as they had just charge us with the bill which we had not use. Just to get out of their service, we had no choice but to pay.
This company will just do what they want and will charge you whatever they wanted. Do not go with this provider!!!!
To my surprise, there was another billing from them again. All they want is MONEY!

Our household is still waiting on almost £500 owed to us after moving out of a property in July 2024. The process of trying to get this money back has been incredibly frustrating.
4th August – We were emailed a final statement saying our money would be in our accounts within a month (by 4th September).
5th September – I chased this by email. They didn’t respond until 18th September.
8th September – I called and was told it could take up to 12 weeks, despite the email saying one month. I questioned this and was told a request would be made to speed it up, and that I’d have the money by 12th September.
17th September – I called again and was told instead it would be 14 working days from 4th September, meaning payment by 24th September.
18th September – I finally received a reply to my very first email (from the 5th), which said it would actually be 10 working days from 8th September, also pointing to 24th September.
It is now well past the date promised in the orignal email and the latest dates provided in the follow-up communication. We are still yet to receive our money.
I have since logged a formal complaint (no response) and have tried to call multiple times, often being left on hold and promised call-backs which never happen.
Witholding almost £100 from students and being often unreachable or met with conflicting/incorrect information from customer service when trying to resolve it is very poor.
Overall, poor communication experienced throughout the contract, expensive bills and unnecessarily not refunding our money.

Terrible company. Don't reply to emails and don't answer the phone.I have a house and the tenants have moved out yet huddle keep blocking me from switching to another energy provider. I never signed up with them and am a landlord not tenant!

Just look at the other reviews here to see what sort of company it is. We have been trying to sort out an outstanding balance from estimated readings that are far higher then our actual readings, we also would like to cancel our contract. Every day we call, we even called their parent company tru energy and we never get to talk to a human being. Terrible company, can’t get away from them and can’t sort anything out. I noticed the do reply to trust pilot reviews so this is my last ditch effort to try and contact the and maybe get a reply that isn’t automated or comes weeks later in the form of an email. Stay away.

I had the worst experience with Huddle. Their bills were unreasonably high, and I felt tricked into signing a contract that was completely unfair. This has been the most frustrating energy provider I have ever dealt with, and I would strongly advise others to avoid them.
