Zack & Michael made my shipping experience a pleasure! Zack knew how cautious I was in using a shipping company I had never did business with. Zack and Michael were with me through there entire shipping process, they gave me updates, ensured my schedule was met and even followed up with after all was said and done. They are a 10 plus operation and going forward I would use no other!

This was our first experience ever hiring a company to transport a vehicle for us. And to be honest,... my husband and I had our doubts at times. Questioning if we could have gotten ourselves into a swindle, and the possibilities of our vehicle ending up in a chop shop or a cargo ship off to who knows where lol. It would be just our luck! In the midst of it all we also discovered this company is relatively new, and located on the East Coast. That knowledge did not settle our nerves any. (No offense East Coaster's :)

In addition, our vehicle pick-up situation was unique. My husband and I bought a vehicle from a online auto auction company in Colorado. The auction company's policies added extra challenges to our scenario. Such as requiring the transporter to download an app to their personal phone, and then scheduling an appointment for pickup (of which were ALWAYS booked for the entire day a transporter was in the area to pickup). AND the auction yard was charging us by each day the vehicle sat in their yard. This policy by the auction company created a logistic nightmare. But David Lloyd did not give up! He accepted the extra challenges, and was diligent at finding us a transporter. David is very professional, personable, and stayed in contact EVERY SINGLE step of the way! There was never a time I couldn't get a hold of him, he was transparent with the process from beginning to end. He was honest, genuine, and he reassured me with all my concerns. AND there were NEVER any "SURPRISE" additional charges. His quote was his quote, said and true. Everything David said he would do, he did, and then some.

We were also very pleased with the transport driver as well. He was pleasant, and enjoyable to visit with. And even though we ran into some hiccups getting the vehicle off his trailer (no fault of his own) he was very understanding about the matter. And the mud :)

Hands down I would and will recommend David Lloyd to anyone that needs a vehicle hauled from point A to B.

You guys are quick to take my 125 .00 and get me a towing company to pick up my truck and got the worst service ever. I wouldn't call hubspikeshipping for nothing in the world . People please do your homework. Worst ever.

David Lloyd helped me through the entire process. The process was very smooth. He was very quick to respond via text/email anytime I had a question. 100% recommended.

I was baited and switched. I was given one price and then told it would be double what was quoted. Very scammish and unprofessional. Left a BAD taste in my mouth. I read the reviews but my experience was totally the opposite. NEGATIVE! I was told about this type of situation could/would happen. Talking to 3 different representatives, i should have known. Don’t you DARE lie and say i changed the date! My car was ready for transport as soon as i reached out to you for service. Tell the truth! But but you wont! Why do i need to lie if i needed YOUR service. Make it make sense! You told me one price then doubled the price. You were NEVER were honest from the beginning!

My Dispatcher Michael and Driver Toko were amazing! The best customer service ever! I am highly satisfied and will definitely using their services for all my shipping needs! God Bless Everyone!

I like that they didn't ask for money up front. Just make sure that you read the small print. Before you sign any contract. But so far it was good service

This was new to me so wasn’t sure what to expect. I had spoken to a half dozen transportation companies, possibly more and the only company that was honest and upfront was HubSpike. The person I dealt with was Zach Phillips. He explained the process and everything related to car transport, gave me a very reasonable quote and helped me each step of the process. My vehicle was taken from CA to MA and it couldn’t have been easier. Zach was so good we decided to use HubSpike again and we’re now sending our other vehicle to CA from MA…I can’t say enough about Zach and HubSpike and if the need arises again, I will definitely use them again…thank YOU Zach, for all your assistance!!!
