60,000 USDT frozen — no resolution, no support | HTX UID: 555242040

HTX (formerly Huobi) froze my account with over 60,000 USDT, claiming AML concerns. I submitted all required documents:
• On-chain proof of deposits
• Wallet ownership videos
• Trading history and activity breakdown
• Responses to every single KYC/EDD request

Instead of resolving the issue, they keep asking the same questions over and over. Support is completely unhelpful, and in some cases they closed the chat mid-conversation, leaving me with no update or timeline.

It’s clear I’m not the only one. There are dozens of similar reports across Trustpilot, Reddit, and Twitter.
This seems like a systematic pattern of freezing users’ funds and hiding behind vague AML excuses.

If this is not resolved, I will escalate the case through legal channels and publish the full evidence publicly.

It's a garbage exchange. I made a deposit and never got it credited. I sent them the receipt, TXID, and dates, and they refused to pay me. HTX never credited me; they're thieves. DO NOT deposit money with HTX. Don't say they didn't notify you afterward. Just check the reviews here.

I was scammed in P2P order #1388334825019224064. The buyer never paid 66,198 RUB. I provided all possible evidence: – Full bank statement showing no incoming payment
– Proof the buyer used fake receipts
– My phone number linked to the order
– Confirmation that my bank account is closed

HTX refuses to resolve the case unless I provide bank receipts from third-party customers who deposited cash, which is impossible. Support keeps repeating the same response and ignoring all facts.

The scammer’s account was frozen, but they keep my funds locked for a month.

HTX is punishing the victim and protecting the scammer. Completely unacceptable.

This business was founded on the principle that no one should be exploited.

It’s been over two full days since I submitted all required KYC videos, ID documents, and verification answers to HTX support.

Despite their promise that a senior expert would respond, I have received no confirmation, no progress update, and no response at all. This is completely unacceptable for a platform that holds user funds.

My account remains frozen, and support is totally unresponsive. I’ve followed every instruction they gave, yet they continue to delay without reason.

I’m losing trust in HTX and am preparing to escalate this issue to regulators and crypto media if it’s not resolved immediately.

Be cautious if you’re using this exchange.

I’ve been unable to withdraw my 4461.45 USDT from HTX for over 5 months.
I submitted all documents and passed full verification. No legal complaint, no suspicious activity.
HTX continues rejecting my requests with generic replies and sends me into endless cycles of re-submission.
This is a violation of user property rights.

HTX is a trash bin - avoid it if you don't want to loose your funds

I'm an active trader and I use about 10 different exchanges daily. HTX is one of the worst in all the aspects.
Sometimes it just doesn't let you to buy a token neither with limit or market orders. Very often you have to wait 6-24 hours to receive your deposit. And they say the reason for that is "abnormalities in your deposit" but they can't answer what are they exactly and how to avoid it. So they can't even admit the technical issues on their side. Complete trash bin. IT team of HTX should be ashamed for their product!

HTX (formerly Huobi) is refusing to delete my account, citing vague "internal rules" without providing any legal basis. This is a clear violation of my rights as a user, especially under international data protection laws like the GDPR. I formally requested the deletion of my personal data and account, but received only generic responses with no proof or explanation of why deletion is not possible.

To make things worse, in order to freeze the account, they demand a photo of me holding my ID, KYC certificate, a handwritten note, and the current date — an excessive and intrusive request that raises serious concerns about how they handle personal data.

HTX presents itself as a "global leading exchange," yet fails to respect basic transparency, user autonomy, and legal obligations. I strongly advise caution when dealing with this platform — withdrawing funds, managing your data, or getting proper support may turn into a nightmare.

I made a mistake while withdrawing IOST from Bitget to HTX — I entered my memo as both the address and the tag. The transaction was marked as successful on-chain, but the funds were never credited to my HTX account.

I fully understand this was my own mistake and I take responsibility for it. I’ve already contacted HTX support and provided all details — TxID, UID, screenshots, and even a full PDF explanation.

Still waiting for a response. Hoping HTX can help recover the funds manually, since the memo was correct and everything is traceable.

No prior notice, no security alert, no message from the compliance team. Just a sudden block on withdrawals and transfers.

After 1 month they finally gave me the opportunity to withdraw money.

My money has been on hold and i have completed every necessary verification. I still can't get my money so this obviously look like a scam and fraudulent company. Things are different with Trade Summus, i always get exactly what they say, weekly paying non-stop.

My father accidentally deleted the link to GA and after that they asked for multiple verification of identity, which they rejected more than 10 times already. They ask to record a very complex video, provide a huge amount of old payment information, which is difficult to get from different systems. They create all sorts of obstacles to restore access. Access was never obtained. They are 100% scammers. Avoid this platform at all times.

Thanks to Trustpilot that it is an established fact taht HTX is a dubious company! They took everything, i was only fortunate to fight back through name on Display Pic. I'm here to warn everyone to stay away from HTX!

Few days after i had deposited alot, my account was reset and my balance swept clean! Had i not tell the firm on my profile header, it would have been bad! Imagine all your life savings gone!!

Look like scam, my account was completely reseted ones removing all the rewards and at the end they made me completely unable to log in. Luckily never deposited any money with them!

Well, after trying to sign up at HTX and having issues. I googled reviews. And. I simply found what is posted here is reflected in the circle of crap they put me thru. The idea that I might trust them with 25 cents of mine is simply crazy. I wouldn't trust them with my mother in law.

And the painful experience that is customer services ensures you eventually give up and let them do whatever rather than have to keep dealing with them ...
