I am extremely disappointed with HTX P2P support.

A buyer with a new account, no transaction history, no reviews, and no completed verification entered my order. He marked the order as paid almost immediately after receiving payment details and provided what appeared to be a fake payment receipt. When I requested proper proof of payment according to the conditions agreed in the chat, he became aggressive, used insults, threatened me with appeals, and repeatedly demanded that I release the crypto.

At one point, he even proposed that I send him less USDT than the order amount in exchange for canceling the dispute, which raised even more concerns about the legitimacy of his actions.

The buyer then opened an appeal and stopped participating in the case. Despite this, my appeal has remained unresolved for more than 9 days.

I provided bank statements and video evidence showing that I did not receive the disputed payment. However, support repeatedly focused on unrelated transactions that only had similar amounts, even though the sender, bank, and transaction details were completely different.

What concerns me most is that support seems more interested in questioning legitimate merchants than investigating obvious signs of fraudulent behavior from newly created accounts.

I expected a professional and fair investigation, but instead I experienced delays, poor communication, and repeated requests for irrelevant information.

I hope HTX management reviews both this case and the quality of support provided to P2P merchants.

2996 USDT returned to HTX technical wallet after failed transfer to FREE2EX. Funds not credited to my account. Opened ticket, wrote to live chat 5 times, sent email — only template responses for 3+ days. Blockchain proof provided (TXID). HTX is holding my funds without resolution.

Folks I had a terrible experience with HTX. I put my life savings in it. eight hundred and seventy-three thousand dollars into it, and the transaction has been stuck on “pending”. The support team at HTX  has been no help at all. I just kept getting the same response over and over that Its coming, its coming.

At this point, I truly believed my money was gone. What makes it worse is how easy and fast it was to deposit money into the app in the first place.

When I was at my lowest a friend who had also experienced problems with HTX told me to speak with Po•m a a*dvisory. I was desperate, but they were honest, calm, and realistic with me from the beginning. They didn’t give me false hope, and I genuinely appreciate the guidance they gave me during a very difficult time.

I’m sharing this so others can be more careful before trusting platforms like this.

It doesn't look like they really care about their ratings, but still need to report them. 1 month ago sent a ETH deposit to my depoist address with them, have TXid and all the screenshots. They reply with templates obv translated and for over a month now not a single line of explanation of why they hold my funds. If anybody wants to join for a collective lawsuit lets do it, they seem to think they are not regulated.

I mistakenly sent TON to my HTX deposit address without memo. The funds reached HTX wallet and are under their control.

HTX agreed to return the funds only if I pay a 0.04 ETH recovery fee. This fee is extremely high and they refused to explain how it is calculated.

They simply repeat a template reply and refuse to offer any reasonable solution.

This looks like holding customer funds hostage unless an excessive fee is paid.

Be very careful when depositing to HTX.

I found that over $128,250 of my funds were locked, and I couldn’t withdraw a single penny. When I logged into my account, I discovered that I was unable to withdraw my money. I reached out multiple times via text and phone to customer support, but I never received any response. A few days later, I checked my account again, and everything had been wiped out, the balance was zero.
I refused to let them get away with it, so I sought legal assistance and successfully recovered my entire amount. I was strongly advised to avoid platforms like this, received a full refund after filing a lawsuit, I had no trouble reclaiming all my money back. Don’t hesitate to get the help you need if you fall victim to something like this. Stay cautious.

This is the worst customer service I have seen in all my years of business. They openly protect scammers to lock Company's usdt in their p2p marketplace. Their customer representative also participate in p2p marketplace.

If you dare abuse any scammer trying to lock your usdt, this exchange will block you. I will never advise anyone to use this exchange. They are the lowest of low I have seen in my live.

As a business, I have already advised all my customers to move on to another exchange and continue trading with me.

hi, everyone htx(formally houbi)system is a scam ( I would call it this way) your stop lost will be trigger partial sell off not full stop. I encounter this not once not twice. customer service can't solve the issue, 24h specialist will reply but more than 24h no even a reply. if my trade your system cant do what is placed, many more innocent people will be involved. plus I not a first day user in htx been user for almost 10 years , I think many more platform will do better out there.

November 2025: client withdrew ~$1500 USDT from Kraken in their native network (not ERC20/BSC etc., unsupported on HTX). Funds went to blockchain (TXID: [0xb1ccaf6543f6aa105839fbb66db56b43467df6b43]), confirmations passed, but not shown on HTX-balance empty.

Support (chat, tickets) responds with boilerplate responses like "incorrect network, funds lost" and offers no recovery assistance. We've been waiting for three months, and the funds are still stuck!

We request:
1. Verify the [0xc09baba4a13fa2d36787bfb54846ce18e1460924] address and TXID.
2. Refund the funds manually or convert them.
3. Explain why there's no cross-chain recovery.

One of the worst platforms out there.
A huge number of scammers of all kinds, either pretending to be HTX members or openly lying by not paying, but protected by the staff.
And what about the staff? It's very easy to mistake them for the scammers; sometimes they're the ones who block your money because the other person is lying.
Your money can be blocked for days and days even though the other person has never paid, and of course, there are no consequences.
They can do it again; that's how HTX is funded.
They steal again and again.
HTX sometimes puts them first when you want to buy crypto. You have to be desperate and/or a thief to use this platform.

Keep your hands off this company! Making a deposit is quite simple. However, it is impossible to make a straightforward withdrawal. After refusing a straightforward withdrawal, which is a typical request, I don't trust them even though I was fully KYC confirmed. They ask for further personal information and claim it's for my safety and i didn't give to them. They refuse to return my money in a straightforward manner! These are techniques used by the mafia. I filed a few lawsuits to get my money released from captivity.

My asset worth of 200k is still locked by HTX.
I submitted all the necessary documents they asked, but they do nothing.
It's been 3 months.

I have been an HTX (formerly Huobi) user for years, but my experience has been extremely frustrating.
My P2P account has been frozen for over two years, and despite countless attempts to contact support through live chat, Gmail, Telegram, and the in-app help center, I still haven’t received any real solution.

The issue started with a P2P appeal, and I even told the appeal team that they could cancel the order and deduct the USDT from my account to pay the seller, since he had already released the coins without being paid. Still, HTX never unlocked my account or provided any clear feedback.

It feels like they don’t care about users who face problems — no follow-ups, no accountability, just endless automated replies.
After more than two years of waiting, I’ve completely lost trust in their customer support system.

If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, be very careful using HTX P2P.

I didn't had any problem's as a lot of you are saying about withdraw the $$$ but I was really worried because all of you said the same thing so I withdraw it as well and I receive them but the stress was real I have to say.

I experienced difficulty processing withdrawals and contacted customer support. Their response, after a considerable wait, unfortunately lacked a satisfactory explanation for the pending withdrawals.

Unable to reach anyone and not able to withdraw because the features doesn't work. They take your money and then everything else stops working.

My friend is from Vietnam who has a terrible experience with HTX. She had put all her saving into HTX, she forgot her password. However the customer service made her life like hell when demanding her going through all the steps which hold ID, Squeeze her face, holding the note with date of birth etc. these all are f…king bullshit and doggy. After sending 10 times of these, only 1 the same email send back to my friend. I feel her pain raising 4 kids in Vietnam and taking care for a grandma. What wrong with these people eating on other people blood. They put others to hell. I always believe in Spirit and Justice! Spirit see what these devils doing to innocent people. I will pray and curse in your blood line be never have peace in your life and your life will be taken away immediately because you are not worth living on this earth. Please leave these innocent people alone. 🙏

HTX scam I lost more than 100k Usdt when I contacted HTX customer service answer me they were separated two different company old HTX now called Huobi .My assets had took away by the Huobi . When I contact huobi they said they don’t reganised my Id . They are Robber.
