Rang saleslady kate at Warrington previously to visit explaining our needs/requirements for furniture on arrival to our appointment she had a list of suitable pieces that might suit needs which saved time and confusion while not being pushy or overbearing

Just purchased a recliner chair from the Warrington showroom and I’m impressed enough to write a review. The staff are welcoming, empathetic and knowledgeable. Lynn was great and couldn’t do enough to help and the other staff were all supportive. Great experience and recommend to anyone.

Good service both in ordering and delivery

Knew what I wanted before entering the store so purchase procedure was smooth and straightforward. Impressed with staff person I dealt with.

We were made to feel welcome as soon as we entered the shop - having viewed the sofas for a while the salesman who was called John came over to assist us. John was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products, helpful but not in any way pushy. We purchased two sofas and a chair because we felt the quality far exceeded the products we had viewed in other stores, we perhaps paid a bit more but in our opinion the extra quality was worth it. A good all round experience greatly helped by John.

My daughter and I visited HSL Warrington and was greeted by Lyn and a gentleman doing work experience with a smile and offer of help .They were informative and listened carefully to my needs Nothing was too much trouble le and showed us various chairs evan gave us tea and biscuits .we felt relaxed and not pressured we went to have lunch and think about what we had learnt and returned happy to order mmy chair thankyou Lyn

We were extremely well looked after by the whole team. We received a very professional and patient service and were given plenty of time to make our choice. There was no pressurized sales pitch. The member of the team, Lynn, demonstrated understanding and expert knowledge so provided great advice.

It makes a refreshing change to deal with a company that produces a quality product at competitive prices and with an excellent customer service department in Wakefield which follows up on any query immediately. Kate in the Warrington store could not have been
more helpful and kind. Excellence all round.

Got excellent help from Kate at Warrington store when purchasing our new bed. Nothing was too much trouble and her invaluable advice helped us choose our bed.

Suite was delivered by Paul and Graham, they were very friendly and professional.
No mess was left, also did a demonstration of how to use the reclining chairs.
Would highly recommend.

Brendan listenened carefully to our requirements and gave appropriate advice in a friendly way. He answered all our questions and helped us to find the perfect combination of sofa and rise and recliner chairs to ensure our comfort.

Good choice for the older customer, straight forward to order and sale's person Kate was very helpful and not pushy. Not the cheapest but you pay for quality and service. Overall a great experience.

I was met with a friendly greeting, although no pressure I was left to browse at my own pace. When I needed help Brendan listened to me and very patiently explained my options. The IT system took some time to complete the order to my satisfaction but I had a cup of tea whilst it was sorted. All the staff were friendly and there was a lovely calm atmosphere in the store.
