Friendly, efficient staff in the shop. Delivery driver, Numan Taj, polite, friendly and arrived promptly.

This is my second purchase from HSL Warrington. The in store staff were very supportive & help us through selecting what we needed. We were given good advance notice of the arrival of our item, which came quicker than we had been told we were going to have to wait. The deliver men (Alex & Clive) were very efficient, polite & talked me through how to use the chair controls. Thank you.

An excellent experience where I was treated with respect and as a valued customer .

I was very pleased with the customer service shown by John at the Warrington HSL store when I went to see about purchasing a Stressless reclining chair. This was something I had wanted to treat myself to for some years. John was very knowledgeable, polite, patient and courteous. I real nice touch was a gift of lovely tea and biscuits as we were leaving. I would definitely recommend HSL Warrington.

Today we visited several mobility showrooms for a riser recliner, we did not find a suitable chair. We happened to pass HSL and thought we would see if they had any suitable chairs, we were very surprised by the selection available, and the knowledge of the staff, we found Kate to be very helpful and sincere. We found exactly the right chair after months of looking, it was pricey, but I always say you get what you pay for. We very very surprised by our find, they certainly cater for the disabled at HSL.

We visited the Warrington store and Sarah was very welcoming and knowledgeable. She talked us through all the options for a recliner chair for our elderly mum. She helped us understand the various offers and how they would best work for us. We felt very comfortable trying all of the many variations of chairs and functions that would be best for mum. Sarah got us refreshments and biscuits and encouraged us to take our time to make our decision. She was also very patient.
It has been the best shopping experience we have had in a very long time and we would have no hesitation recommending the store and going back ourselves should we need anything further.

The assistant was extremely helpful & able to answer all of our questions, making our visit to the showroom very enjoyable experience

Visited the Warrington store with my Mum so that she could pick a new chair. Mum was assisted by Joanne, who listened to Mum and considered her needs without being pushy.
Mum made her choice after much consideration and was extremely grateful for the help from Joanne who was professional and helpful the entire time.
Definitely recommend.

Hsl have been exceptional with their service. Ordered super king bed that, due to my bungalow bedroom access would not go through the door even though the bed was split lengthways (each half was longer than single bed). Hsl took the bed back, stored it 6 weeks(and said they would store it as long as needed) then redelivered when I had sorted access through removed window, all at no extra charge! They made bed up; all perfect. Feels as if floating on clouds. Hsl is now my number 1 place for furniture. Highly recommended

Recently bought fireside arm side. Leonard was very helpful at the Warrington store going through all the fabric options. Great service overall. Very happy with the purchase.

We went into the Warrington HSL to look at a specific type of chair, and were approached by Joanne. She answered our questions, and went the extra mile to ensure we got what we wanted.

Very pleased with amount of choice in the type of chair I wanted.
All the staff were friendly and helpful, especially Bithi who impressed us with her product knowledge and presentation.
