Very relaxed atmosphere with helpful staff

Visited Eastwood,Southend store. Jasmine was so professional and knowledgeable,friendly and patiently dealt with my queries. Bought a riser recliner after trying out the chairs until I was confident that it would suit me. Superb quality furniture.thanks to Jasmine for her friendly attitude. Made buying chairs an enjoyable customer experience. Jasmine is a real asset to the company.

Today I went to HSL to look at their Fireside chairs, i brought my last one over 8 years ago and it is now wearing out . Anyway I met a lovely lady called Lisa.she was really knowledgeable about chairs/materials.etc we were offered tea/ coffee, biscuits.
She talked us through everything about the chair and was very professional throughout. But put us at ease
She was happy and nothing was to much bother what a lovely lady.and what a great company lots of choice of chairs and settees they also sell beds .
If you go in ask for Lisa , you won't regret it.

Made to feel most welcome from the start. Nothing was to much trouble. Emma and the Rayleigh Store team were most helpful with trying different cushions (foam and spring based), picking fabric, legs etc. Would definitely recommend

Visited HSL store in Rayleigh for some new armchairs. Great store with easy parking and plenty of chairs to try. Jasmine, the comfort specialist, was excellent, knowledgeable and supportive. Very pleased with our purchase.

Emma at Rayleigh showroom in Essex was excellent she explained everything that I needed and asked including different quality of leathers. I didn’t feel pestered when I went into the showroom but she said let her know when I needed help. Nice touch was we were offered coffee and biscuit before she knew I was going to make a purchase. The showroom is very well laid out and not too overpowering with furniture crammed in.

The two ladies in the showrooms at Rayleigh made us feel very welcome. They were a great help without putting pressure on us, gave us all the options available and completed a sale professionally. The sort of experience you would always like when buying goods.

My wife and myself visited the store in Rayleigh and was greeted by a lovely welcome and a nice cup of coffee,we tried a few chairs for comfort in a very friendly relaxing atmosphere,the staff were very helpful and after purchasing two chairs with the help of Jasmine we left very happy well done HSL .

From the moment we walked into the store, Lisa was and her colleague were very welcoming. Taking my mother in to look at fireside style chairs to help with her posture and a list of ailments, Lisa took her time to show options available and choices of fabrics and colours. She was caring enough to listen to my mother’s responses to each chair trial. Also discussed discounted promotions into consideration which most chain stores would neglect to inform you of. My mother is looking forward to taking delivery of her chosen chair, at which point we will provide further testimony. Thank you.

Emma at the Rayleigh branch, with Lisa, was great with my mum. She took the time to make sure mum understood the difference between different types of rise/recliner chair and how they worked, ensuring she got the right size.
Emma was relaxed and never 'pushy'. Mum was completely at ease. All this with a nice cup of tea! Many thanks!

The lady Tracey was very helpful and had a Good knowledge of the products. She wasn't pushy and pleasant to deal with.

I can not praise this company enough from Debbie in customer services to the really lovely Jasmine at the Rayleigh/Southend branch. I needed replacement foam cushions for two of my chairs and when they arrived I couldn’t fit them in the covers, but Jasmine struggled and did them for me! Thank you so much.

I reviewed HSL as excellent when I visited this store at Rayleigh.
I cannot fault their service, my chair was delivered early this morning by two chaps who were very obliging.

From the moment e entered the Rayleigh/Southend shop & met Tracey we have had nothing but good vibes - no pressure selling just helpful advice.
Delivery was as promised on time no worries out where we wanted it 'SERVICE WITH A SMILE' FROM START TO FINISH.
Can't wait to get our backsides into the comfortable chairs
